Dr. Tarin took the time to explain my health conditions to me and wrote prescriptions for me to help with the conditions . The office personnel did not keep me waiting for a long time Dr. Taryn was very knowledgeable and helped me very much. I would recommend anyone to go to her for medical care n I had a five star experience read more

I'd go 10 Stars if I could. They make going to the dentist bearable. Great place get your dental work done. He went out of his way for an emergency job last year for me and I wasn't even a regular customer. read more

I want to share this info so you can decide for yourself.... I got a filling July 2021 at Accent Dental. I'm traveling so couldn't see my regular dentist. Perhaps my regular dentist has spoiled me. The staff at Accent Dental is very friendly. I'm writing this not so favorable review because I disagree with Accent Dentals practice of the following. The dentist gives you the numbing shot and drills the cavity then the dental assistant packs, shapes and grinds/polishes the filling. I don't know if dental assistants receive this training at school or if this is just training they did in house. In addition to this practice, I didn't receive a bill that reflects a reduced rate for the dentist v. dental assistant completing a portion of the work. The filling cost was (resin 2 surfaces posterior) $247. Then in October I received a call that I had an unpaid balance because my insurance denied a portion of the charges because of the way they billed for the exam. I REALLY APPRECIATE the call, very considerate customer service. They had advised they are out of all networks because they don't want to accept a fixed (reasonable) rate for services. So even with insurance I'm roughly $160 out of my pocket for a tiny filling. I will not be recommending Accent Dental because of these practices. read more

So happy I read reviews and went with them! Dr.Boldin and his staff are excellent, super friendly and so organized! Great Team-highly recommend 100% read more

I fractured a molar while out of the country for 2 weeks. By the time I got back, I had a huge bump on my palate from internal infection. I called Accent Dental and they immediately got me on an antibiotic and I was seen by Dr. Cahillane in the office yesterday (3/22/23). A quick assessment/x-ray confirmed an abscesses fractured molar. They were able to get me in the following day to oral surgery for extraction. So impressed with his knowledge and quick action! 10 star review!!! read more

Did not honor a promise made to me by Dr. Lyzak some years ago to replace a fake tooth "at any time in the future" because of a mistake he made and damaged it. The practice is now citing that because Dr. Lyzak has since retired, they won't honor the promise. No matter how good you may be at your profession, integrity is key and they lost all my respect. read more

This group especially Dr Boldin took care of one of my cancer patients when no other dentist would! And out of the kindness of their hearts. Couldn't recommend them any higher than 5 stars, but I would've given them 10 stars read more

I have been a patient with Accent Dental for several years. The staff is wonderful and the dentists are extremely knowledgable and very caring. I moved from Valparaiso a few years ago and have to drive an hour to get there for an appointment; however, I won't give up the care and treatment I receive from this five star group. I am pleased to be able to give them this recommendation. read more

I haven't been to a dentist in 10 years and was scared. I knew I had to get my back two molars removed, so I made an appointment with accent. I was so nervous in the chair I started to sweat, fidget, and cry. They assured me everything was gonna be okay. They also said I could have nitrous to calm me down for another 40$ I was totally okay with that. They started to extract the first tooth and all I could feel was pressure and before I knew it, it was out. No complications. Same thing with the second tooth. They have a great staff that calms you down and a great Dr. That knows what he's doing. read more

This place is awesome! They have great coffee and fast service. Loved my dentist!!!

I am from Ohio and working up here and needed to get a dentist while in the Valpo area. I hooked up with these good people and have had many visits over the past 5 years. The dentists and dental hygienists are courteous and very professional. Recommend to anyone needing a dentist and cleaning service. read more

To say "as good as it gets" is an understatement! I have been there about 4 times this month and I have to say every single person went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They are also super fast. I dont think I spent more than 10 mins. in waiting room... Dental work with no pain, who knew???? I will never be scared to go to the dentist ever again. read more

Dr Lyznac got me in for a molar extraction within 3 days when Northshore was going to make me wait 3 week with a painful tooth. The techs are awesome and I was very comfortable. It happened so fast and I had minimal pain after the extraction. They weren't in my network but it was worth not waiting 3 weeks when I was in pain. I then went back to then for a full cleaning and Br. Bolden did a filling replacement and they gave me Nitrous at no charge. They constantly checked how I was doing so I felt very taken care of. I can't afford the other fillings I need but at least the worst was done by someone I trust. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! read more

So disappointed. I am new to the area and in desperate need of dental work but immediate need for a painful extraction. I called the office twice past Friday, neither time did anyone answer phone, I left a message with my number for a return call, needless to say by the end of the day, that DIDN'T happen. I waited again till Monday morning and called first thing, again, no one answered, I heard a couple buttons being pushed and I thought I was being transferred, NOPE, I was disconnected. I chose them because of some of the reviews I read, but now with this experience, had to give my opinion. Will not try them again! read more
