They're really straight-forward, down-to-Earth and don't try to upsell you. They'll let you know if there are parts that can wait to be replaced or if they need to be done right away. Once my car had a sporadic strange noise and when they couldn't find an issue on my first visit, they told me to drop in any time it was doing it without making an appointment. (They've since figured it out and fixed it.) They offer taxi chits if you need to drop your car off and go somewhere and come back. I am a repeat customer because of their customer service and recommend them regularly. The only drawback at this location is that sometimes parking can be hard to find. When that happens, I usually just pull up in front of the window and pop in to ask where they want me to leave the car. It also helps that they have a 10% CAA discount!

Miller Tirecraft in Windsor Nova Scotia have a sign at the end of their road advertising oil changes for $29.99, and for the longest time I've been getting my oil changed for $29.99. Today, their sign was still advertising that price. Imagine my shock when they presented me with a bill that was $20 more than what I was expecting. When I expressed to them my shock, all they said was "Oh yeah, it's more now sorry". That was AFTER they had performed the service. Like what was I gonna do, get them to take the oil back out? To me that is dirty pool, and I really hate when a business trick you into thinking their price is one thing and you get the work done, only to find out it's much more than you expected and it's too late now that you have already had the work done. As for me, they have just lost a long time loyal customer. Shame on you for playing dirty like that.
