They came out to my lake house and spent several hours servicing my chiller. They called and explained what they did and stayed around to see if what they did fixed the problem. They called the manufacturer and inquired about ordering parts for the discontinued item. What blew my mind is that they called 3 days later to tell me they sent 3 emails to the manufacturer to continue to try and get parts for my chiller. The level of service this company provides is "off the charts". You cannot find this quality of service anymore in America with the exception of this company. I would highly recommend this company for your refrigeration needs. I am confident that you will not find better service anywhere else.
