Windows Compatible! Someone went and smashed their car…read morethrough my beloved windows! It was the dangest thing- the car bashed up the frames of the window, but didn't break the glass. It looked bad. It didn't take Evins Glass very long to get out to Rockport to check out the work, and get an estimate drawn up. However, it did take a while to get the work scheduled. They had to order a bunch of parts, which were really big, and I guess you can't just pop some stamps on and put in the mailbox. Better communication about timelines would've been appreciated. I'd go weeks without hearing anything. But once they came out, there was a whole team of Evins Glass employees who tackled the project head on, working carefully, and diligently. It took all day, but they got it mostly fixed before they had to come out and finish it. A little communication about the timelines on that would have been appreciated. But the job they did worked out well, and the replacement windows are all in place.

We had a lot of issues with the drainage at the back side of the house due to the poor layout gutters design. I called the company many many times with promises that someone will call me back and they never do. Finally, the owner called me and kept using excuses that he is going to visit and address the issue. An appointment was scheduled and they never showed up or even bothered to call and and cancel. I called back and "of course" another lame excuse. We are currently "improvising" till we get a decent company to complete ABU Gutters work!!!! I hesitated before writing a bad review however, I exhausted every possible way to get the problem fixed to no avail. All the calls and requests were falling on deaf ears. DEFINETELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
