Flex5 is a smaller gym and they focus on specialized smaller classes including personal training, yoga and pilates. I actually came for a tabata class. The class was really small, probably 8 people max, but everyone seemed to know each other- which I thought would be a good thing. The class ended up starting about 10-15 minutes late because everyone was talking and telling stories of their weekend- which I didn't think was professional of the trainer to let happen. Once the class started it was really fun and I enjoyed the music. The workout was challenging and I was breaking a sweat. I'm glad a tried it! Overall, the workout was great and I definitely was sore the next day, but I wish the trainer was a little more motivating and professional especially since I was a new member trying out the place.
