We initially went to them in November 2020 to see what we needed to buy, and after working with us on our credit we were ready to buy in February and closed in less than a month. It couldn't have been easier than with DML - they took care of everything. Even when a couple issues came up on our end they made sure our dreams of homeownership weren't crushed. Next time we buy it will be with this awesome team! * I will add - I had a LOT of questions and sometimes would call multiple times a day. Their LO was more than happy to answer any question and if she didn't have an immediate answer (she's very knowledgeable) she would go to Michelle immediately so that I always left the call feeling confident. Thanks for all your hard work, Direct Mortgage Loans!

The service was super quick and top notch. Michelle and her staff were right on for every question and concern along the way. They made this process easier for me than I anticipated. The only reason I can't give five stars is because toward the end of the process everything prior to closing was very rushed. Final numbers were delivered until the day of closing. This concerned me since I had questions throughout about property tax and fees. Everything ended up working out very well but those last few moments were enough to stress me out. I would recommend them for the future. Due to Covid I never actually visited the office. And never met anyone in person. I know phone calls happened all times of the day and even when some of the staff were out of the office on vacation days.

This is my 4th time working with lenders to obtain a mortgage loan (over the last 20 years) and never have I ever had an experience like this. In May I was going to sell a house of mine and roll that into a new home as my primary residence. As the market changed I ended up needing to hold off on selling. It was during the underwriting process where we made the change to keep my house and still proceed to close on the new house. Normally a change like that in the loan would kill the deal. With DTI changing and many other factors, she still was able to get me to close on time. She's very responsive and actually knows what she's talking about. It's actually amazing that renovation loans are so hard to come by. Regardless, this office definitely treats you like a unique person and not like a commodity.
