He was quick to send over a quote and payment info. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and had a great experience riding to the baseball game and back on 4th of July. Our driver Mark was wonderful- so friendly and easy going but also a safe driver. He knew the best place to drop off, pick up and how to get home. We had a blast playing our own music and on the way home the little ones had plenty of room to snooze. I highly recommend and hope I get to ride with them again!

It now runs from 4:30am till 7pm AND the route now extends all the way to FSCJ Kent Campus. That's awesome! No more racing to leave for an early (earlier than I normally eat) lunch. I took the trolley yesterday. The longest I had to wait between trolleys was 10 minutes. It is more expensive with the longer route and longer hours. $1 per each ride and they are cash only and don't take change. So, if you have any stops in between, make sure you have enough singles for each time you get back on.

Negative Stars were not optional. On October 29th I sent the…read morefollowing email and have not received any response: a JTA connection ADA accessible bus arriving at (Location Removed for Privacy) around 3pm, drive around the parking lot, drive past the disabled person in a motorized wheelchair, who was coming out of the gate and towards the bus onto the adjoining sidewalk, the bus hardly even slowed down, honked as they passed the disabled person in the wheelchair, then sped off leaving the disabled person behind. The bus did not stop at any point to attempt to allow the wheelchair bound person to approach the bus, nor did they attempt to make it possible for them to enter the wheelchair lift and board the bus. The bus was within view of multiple people who witnessed this incident and it has been recorded on a security camera. This act is unacceptable. I fear for the safety of the other passengers who rely on JTA connection for transportation being abandoned by the bus such as that person was. I was made aware that person is typically picked up by 2pm and did not get picked up until after 4:30pm. I am aware that many people also rely on personal care products for sanitation purposes or depend on others to use the toilet. In the case of this incident, I know I personally would not be able to wait until I got home to use the toilet. Update- This needs to be addressed! I witnessed a similar situation on a separate day. The fact that I have witnessed this twice is why I am compelled to leave this review here. I will also be contacting other community leaders until this issue has been resolved.
