Arrogant and difficult to work with. If a parent spends 10 to 15 K for college counseling the counselor should at least be pleasant.

I appreciate the help Delta-T has offered me. At a time when I was almost desperate to leave a…read moreprior job but was coming up short on prospects. I was contacted by Delta-T and offered a contractor job which wasn't the greatest but it got me out of the crummy job I was stuck in, It gave me more experience and a boost in pay (even if only temporary). This was my first step into the foray of contract work and my contact was (and as of writing this) still is very nice, informative and watchful for potential opportunities for me. She is always quick to respond to my calls, emails and texts when the need arises. Another nice thing as if you leave your interest in finding work open with them if you get an offer you don't like you can refer a friend which will in turn help your referral and your contact. This is the case because the chances are Delta-T is trying to find a position to be filled very quickly. Sorry to hear about what the previous reviewer went through. My time with Delta-T didn't give me any of the problems mentioned. Perhaps they've improved in 5 years. If you're the field of mental/behavioral health and are in a job crevice/unemployed, I'd recommend Delta-T Group. If anything it will get you jumpstarted back into working and worked well for me.

I went here 2 weeks ago and got all of my clearances done and was told all that was left was a form…read morethey would send me after the appointment. I never got that form and emailed them asking about it. I was ghosted for 2 weeks until they called me asking if I ever got the form. I told them no and that I emailed them about it and they said they "didn't see that." It shouldn't take a business 2 weeks to check back with you after they assured you they'd send out the form that same day and you would be employed within a week. I feel like I was led on and lied to.

Whether your observance in Judaism leans more toward the orthodox or something in the other direction Barrack welcomes everyone easily and without judgement. From Sports, the Arts, STEAM and everything in between there is something for which every student can engage. I highly recommend this school:) Cindy

Look, it's pretty weird to write a Yelp review of your alma mater. But you gotta get those First to…read moreReview's one way or another, so here goes: Barrack (formerly known as Akiba Hebrew Academy) is one of few schools out there for those who want a sound education in Jewish history, Jewish law, Biblical study, and the Modern Hebrew Language. On top of that, Barrack has some great teachers in secular studies. At Barrack, you're welcomed no matter what type of Judaism you practice. That said, the school is very small and is under huge financial strain. This means that some of the programs the school wants to offer, such as art and music, can't be offered all the time, and the tuition seems to rise every year. But it's all worth it for the tight knit community based around the school, comprised of the teachers, students, students' families, and administrators. As a student, the smallness of the student body can feel stifling at times. However, the close attention and care you'll receive, as well as the lessons on how to be a giving part of such a community, make the experience well worth it. I can't imagine many current college students would give their high school four starts out of five, but at least among my friends who graduated from Barrack, I'd bet most of the them would give Barrack a four or higher. That's saying something. So there it is, a Yelp review of a high school education. Only on the internet...
