a nightmarish experience!!! i have 28 years experience in nursing, 11 of which are the most recent as a travel nurse/per diem nurse working for agencies. not one experience in 11 years have i had any serious issues but with this company, i would not wish them on my enemies, including vladmir putin, kim jong un, castro or any other tyrants in this world. very rude staffing coordinators if you don't accept their explanations of why you are questioning the fact that you get your first check in paper form in the third week and then must wait up to 48 hrs. to clear because it is out of your state bank, why your second and third checks or direct payments have not arrived by the fourth week of work, why you email someone and it is 4-5 days before you get a response, etc., etc., etc., and then you are labeled confused, frustrated, unable to understand their pay process...etc., etc., etc., my advise is to not take any verbal promises made as "set in stone", have it spelled out in detail in contract so that even a 6th grader understands the "promises". all i get for my hard work is an hourly salary which is nothing to write home to momma about, late, late, late reimbursements for you services, rudeness from office staff (i question the true amount of time actually spent working or even physically present in office), double-talk (oh they would make great republicans-reminds me of kelly ann conway) and just lousy services and appreciation for one's hard work!!! if you want to work agency, shop around!!! if you do decide on delta-t group, have any and all promises of what they say they will give you chisled in cooled molten lava!!! new nurses/medical personal, heed this warning. experiences nurses, well don't be a fool such as i. thank you lord this is my first and last time i will have such an experience!!!
i hate that i have to give even one star to post this review!!! read more
