She didn't want to shoot more than one on the 12 gauge as I'm sure most people can understand why. The line coach was nice and paused our time so we could rent a Glock for her to try out since she was feeling better after getting a big scary gun outta the way. Several of us were new to firearms and he presented the material clearly and thoroughly. His focus was on making sure we were comfortable, understood the material and could safely handle firearms. He encouraged and answered every question sincerely and patiently. It was an awesome experience. My wife took the class with ""Toby" and she felt the exact same way about him. In our time since the classes, we have met the owner, several members of the sales and range safety team. To a person, they are outstanding. They all engage quickly to help, answer questions and give advice. Many of them have a rich history in the field or military background. I have not encountered a business where from top to bottom the staff is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store had a great selection of supplies, ammo and forearms and has great prices.
