I found Tony's on the internet, called to explain the situation and within 3 hours, Tony arrived with ladders to reach the guttering at 30 feet high; Tony cleared the gutters and hoppers and said that gutter was sloping backwards; he removed & realigned that gutter and placed new brackets. He could have just cleaned the small amount of debris and left it misaligned, but he was very professional and kind and repaired the slope for the same price quoted which for over 2 hours work, was admirable and kind. I would recommend Tony's 100% for any roofing issue; he is thorough and has the knowledge and the tools.

He comes across as a polite, attentive tradesman to win your trust & then suggests bigger jobs he can do for you. He quoted, & later charged us to replace our old felt flat roof with a GRP fiberglass one including new OS boards & disposal of materials, & what he actually did was just paint a gel coat on top of our old felt roof. No fiberglass anywhere & old roof still there! He took photos of the job as he went along as I wasn't there & staged my flat roof with new OS boards to make it look like he was in the middle of the job. Once photographed he took the boards up again. The material he put on my roof cost approximately £90 (and over time will eat into the felt & destroy it) & he charged me nearly £3,000 for a job he never did! I've reported him to the police & trading standards & am in the process of taking him to court. Be warned!

They were into the job in minutes pulling out a number of tiles. Dave knew exactly what he was doing though and the problem was identified as leadwork round the soil pipe. As the soil pipe was not connected to anything, they removed it and the lead, put in a section of lathe to replace a rotting area and fetched in a new tile to fill the gap. We watched in wonder and were able to see photos of the problem area on photos from his mobile phone. Fast, efiicient and a good price. Look no further for your roofer.

He evaluated the possible issues and did some immediate adjustments to the downpipes in order to help remedy the problem leak, returning with additional brackets and carrying out flow tests on Christmas eve to check there were no other places where water was overflowing. Louis was polite, conscientious and punctual, I can recommend him. On the second piece of work Louis carried out at my property, he and his colleague John arranged for scaffolding to be set-up and carried out the removal of an old chimney stack at the back of the property, taking the brick down to below roof level, installing felt and new tiles over the opening and finishing with a tile vent. They carried out the job swiftly, with good humour and tidied away any rubbish. A good job. well done. A third visit from Louis was equally high quality, he visited to doublecheck and investigate a recurring damp issue on a chimney stack, took time to consider all the possibilities.
