He had my car (bmw 5 series) for a full week and i seriously could not believe my eyes when I went back to pick it up. This man is in a completely different league to any of the other detailers I have used in the past. the results were truly staggering. To be honest I was going to sell the car after it was done which is why I went there in the first place but now I've seen it there's no way I'm selling it now. It's like my car is actually made of glass and everyone always comments on how amazing my car looks considering it is nearly 14 years old. It looks better than when it was brand new. i don't know how he does it but you can tell just by talking to him that he puts his heart and soul into every car he works on. I asked if the haze would show up after a wash and I was told no it will be gone because he decontaminated it and waxed my car. It didnt work having paid £250 for haze to remain, was told a clay would be used as part of the job to remove impurity but not done. Car was washed carefully afterwards to show all haze still there. I wanted to leave a good review because the guy was so friendly and seemed genuine so i thought he may come put it right. contacted and pointed out the haze still there in some areas really bad. wanted to see if he would come put it right, i was met with a strong challenge here and started going on about scratches are not part of the job, i said im not on about that im on about haze i paid to be removed but not gone, but he was not interested. I was told cars need to be washed in sterile environments. I mean how sterile, hospital grade or, because he washed it outside the front of my house with a bucket from his van and some water from my kettle!!!! After he had waxed it, the car was pre washed and washed carefully by me afterwards, this would not create haze, the haze was originally from the previous moping not done right for which i was told would be removed by stage 1 mop. no follow up to put right, and told the haze came back cus i washed it lol, no the haze was there prior to the mop he did and was there after his mop. Not very happy to have paid £250 to be ditched by customer service. Been in touch with another detailer who has explained washing is not to cause of haze return but because the contaminant was not removed before polish mop. The detailer i spoke to is going to look at it for me, so another £250, hopefully this time job done right and last after a little wash lol.
