We even discuss that it had to be under $2,500 because that was the limit on the credit card and they didn't even charge me but $160.

The techs were back out on Saturday and Sunday for different issues and on a Monday they removed that unit an installed another new one. Justin always took my calls and the tech showed on time. They said the fan was bad and I had no other choice. Brian, however, was able to determine the line was blocked. He flushed out the system and had my home cool again in no time. We depend on our A/C in Florida. I need to trust the person working on my unit isn't going to try to make a quick buck by rebuilding it part by part at every service call. We were told by a different ac company it might be the heater element, which can be expensive. When Greg showed up he wanted to look at the thermostat, and I mentioned that the fan never stops blowing. He went to the unit and started working and within an hour he had the heater working just by replacing a circuit board and fan relay.
