The first thing that came to my mind was how we've been with Allstate for 27 years, yet your agency failed to do even the basic due diligence of pricing my policy in the New Market, which offered a much lower and more competitive premium. Instead, I had to fight and push just to understand why my rates were skyrocketing. So yes, I'm upset. It comes across as extremely unprofessional to be showing off a luxury lifestyle while customers like myself are overpaying because your office didn't do its job. What also added to this frustration is when I tried to bring up an issue with your office manager directly to you. I was told you were unavailable, too busy expanding your empire in Florida, and that I couldn't speak with you. Apparently, the only person I could voice concerns to was the same office manager I had the issue with. That made it clear that you've lost touch with your customers and have become too big for the everyday people who pay the premiums that support your business. This experience has left a very bad impression.

Our agent was supposed to be our advocate but that was never on his schedule. When claim was finally closed, we promptly canceled all policies with Allstate and never will return. We have gathered all documentation from our claim and the continuous unresponsive behavior from Kory and filing a complaint with the Georgia insurance commissioner this week.
