His snow removal the winter of 2023-2024 was performed maybe 3 times because of the lack of snow needing removal. I had paid him in advance for the winter snow removal. That was a mistake that I shouldn't have made. Dean told me that he was going to compensate me for my large advance payment for snow removal that became unnecessary by pruning 2 front yard arborvitae and a backyard area arborvitae hedge for free. His performing that work kept being postponed by him. Then after 5 grass cuttings he decided to stop providing services for me claiming we were even up. Of course, we weren't since my arborvitae weren't pruned. Their pruning will have to be performed with another party. So, disappointedly I have lost money using his incomplete services. My mistake was that I trusted Dean. If you should use his services get everything in writing and don't make an advance payment to him. Make payments as the work is performed. Sadly, I can only give him 1 Star.

Andrew's been out to our home several times to give us advice on how to best care for our trees, landscape our space, and ensure we could enjoy our trees for years to come. I feel like he really advocates in the best interest of our trees, where other folks told us to make big chops/cut trees down. This fall, Andrew and Ashley came out to prune our trees and take out a messy mulberry tree. Andrew did a wonderful and thorough job, we could tell he was very meticulous in the cuts he chose to make to make sure the tree stayed healthy (and away from our house!)! Amazingly, Andrew's expertise doesn't price him out of the market - we got five quotes for our backyard project and he's definitely competitive. I honestly don't think you can beat them. They showed up on time within the window they gave me, got right to work, and cleaned everything up so well it was like they and the tree were never there. I'm extremely impressed with their service. Their proposal was prompt and explained exactly what would be done. An Xcel power line ran through the branches, and were dangerously close to the pole.
