My son was married in Gatlinburg at the end of April. We live in northern Indiana and made arrangements with Karen for catering. She was able to help us with a custom dish request and provided all that was needed to make dinner exactly what we wanted. Food was delicious and arrived right on time. Absolutely Sensational Catering did a fantastic job for my daughter's destination wedding. Karen and Kent provided delicious meals and were amazing to work with! ASC provided lunches, the rehearsal dinner and wedding buffet for 60. From sausage burritos to bbq and prime rib, the food was delicious. Karen also did the wedding cake which was delicious and beautiful. Karen always brought all the right supplies and was consistently prompt and thoughtful. The numerous emails and phone calls back-and-forth for the planning were no problem for her and she was always ready with ideas. Do not go here! I am a recent graduate and trying to save money on my wedding and reception and decided to just do the cake with absolutely sensational catering, and Karen was rude when I told her saying "I can't believe they are cheaper...whatever, it's your choice." So I brushed that off, sent her a pic of the cake I wanted and she responded with "this cake is OK to do..those colors are unappetizing to me!" So we decided to not do any business with her, and she does not do refunds on the deposit.
