One of those missing parts happens to be the EZ Breathe filter. It's been over a month, and Everdry has refused to put the filter in, demanding another $1400. Even though, it clearly states in the signed contract that the filter is included in the price already paid. This company is a crook, and is only looking to nickel and dime you. If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement after the last downpour that put what seemed like a small river through our basement.They were courteous, professional, on time each day and very careful of our landscaping, which was very much appreciated. The basement is now finished, we have more usable space and low and behold my wifes allergies are more under control than she could have hoped for. The basement seems like a whole different place since Everdry was here, the rain is of no concern to me anymore other than to gauge when i need to water my lawn next. There has been absolutely no water in our basement just as promised. I would recommend Everdry to my family and friends hands down. The previous owner had a system installed by a different company that didn't work at all. After getting bids from 4 companies, we chose to go with RC after consulting with others who had systems they put in. Despite the fact that the floor of our basement is lower than the river level, their system has our basement completely dry. Their whole crew was great, from the guy who did the initial consult to the crew that did the work to the secretary who answers the phone by the second ring nearly every time. We originally thought the exterior of the house would have to be dug up and re-tiled, but our problem is fixed with no exterior excavation. RC stands behind their work and makes sure you're 100% satisfied. Great company to resolve your water issues!
