Additionally, I had shrubs removed which ran the entire length of the front of my house and needed them to be put in a wood chipper. Mike came out and gave me a quote for the entire job. In fact, he took care of the shrubbery that night. Because they are so busy, I was given a start date of November 20 for the tree trimming. Yesterday, I got a call asking if it was OK to start the job that day. Of course, I said yes. Jeremy, the job foreman, and his crew arrived at around 9 AM and didn't leave until after 6 PM, They came back today and finished the job. Not only did they do a fabulous job on my trees, Jeremy blew all of the leaves out of my backyard. That was definitely an added bonus. I cannot recommend J&M Tree Service enough. They left my yard looking much better than it was when they arrived.

D & T gave us an estimate last year to take out two rows of trees last summer. we were told the…read morestumps would be grinders down and everything would look great. the trees were taken down but they left the stumps behind. I called them several times last year each time I was given a new excuse as to why the stumps could not be ground down. This year the stumps were sprouting new branches. I had a portion of the fence removed so they could get their grinder in the yard. Then they tried to say I had to take the entire fence down. I told them that was not a part of the deal when they bid the job they needed to get rid of the stumps regardless. he sent the guy with the grinder back and he proceeded to make a mess of my entire yard I have huge holes all over both sides of my back yard with deep trenches extending six feet beyond the trees taken out They did nothing to level the ground. When I tried to speak with him about the quality of his work he just waved at me and left .They left a huge mess! When the guys came to replace the fence they ran into more stumps on the other side that sound have been removed belonging to the trees they took out. Now I keep getting text messages about service dates when I called back to ask if they were coming back to fill I. The holes and even out the ground they said they would only return for new tree service. I am a 65 year old woman they left me a mess far too big for me to deal with and quite frankly a hazardous an dangerous yard. .

He was AWESOME he did exactly what he said he was gonna do, they left no mess he went above and beyond my expectations. They dropped the tree like it was nothing even though the way they dropped it was against gravity. It only took two hours to drop a huge dead cottonwood and remove 8 smaller ones. OH and the best part is, they'll reschedule you last minute with no call or warning! except a text at 7:15pm the NIGHT RIGHT before of their new appointment time! (that you didn't agree with! OOPS!) Texts will be hours apart, no shows, runs late, customer service is a joke, and I had more appointments to quote the job than this moron has brain cells.
