We had a super leaky skylyight on our back porch, which we'd sealed and resealed for years, without solving the problem. Randy came out to look at the skylight, along with 3 others that were threatening to become a problem. He had to custom fit and special order them. The best part was, the problem-child skylight leaked, again, after he installed the new one, but he came back out immediately when I called, then spent several hours on a Saturday to redo and fix it ... which required some additional work on the surrounding roof. One thing that stood out to me was that Elite was the only one who did not say they wanted to spray glyphosate all over. The others were adamant about it. I called the business and didn't have the hassle of speaking to a silly automated AI machine, someone answered the phone and gave me the best service. I was allowed to come on the same day and get my windows tinted on my Tesla Model Y. When I pulled up the back garage of the business, the owners greeted me and instantly made me family. ;-) They ushered me to a very comfy waiting room with theater style seating and a television. Water, snacks and a clean sanitized restroom were provided. The wait wasn't long at all and employee, Alana gave me as well as the other customers the best friendly service you could get. Alana made us comfortable and explained to all customers how to care for the newly tinted windows and if we had any issues, to contact them.
