After paying several thousand dollars per each of the contracts, to date no work has begun on the water line and only posts have been erected on the fence. I have been given one excuse after another for no work being done and Mr Hall will no longer return my calls or texts. His secretary is sympathetic and cordial but "doesn't know why he won't communicate". She inferred at one point that they were low on cash. I know they are doing other customer work...so why not mine!? My only remaining option at this point is to seek legal counsel to recoup my funds. STEER FAR AWAY FROM A PLUS CONSTRUCTION AND DONNIE LOGAN HALL!!
