Brandon took the time to inspect the problem, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. Derrick was also very helpful and professional throughout the job. They found a broken section of pipe with roots growing into the line, and they were able to take care of the issue by replacing the damaged piping. They also took care of the work in my front yard and cleaned up afterward. I also appreciated that Brandon was straightforward with me and worked with me on the pricing. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and the way I was treated. Brandon and Derrick were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend R&R Plumbing to anyone dealing with a sewer or plumbing issue.

I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

They said something around 75$ for coming down. Ok that's fine. Than when they get here they're like well it's gonna be 125$ for the wiring and 100+ for the foam they would wrap around. For only a job of 1 hour. $319 dollars. I could only imagine what something else might cost. This place is a rip off. The job was done good. But too expensive

The technicians were unable to finish the job on the scheduled date. They set a date they would come back to finish. That day came and no one showed up. No communication or notice. I had to call to find out what was going on. The office manager told me that they would not be coming that day to finish because they had scheduled another job for that day and that was taking priority. The earliest they could reschedule was another two days out. We never agreed to any change in schedule.Totally unacceptable! After the technician returned to finish, there was a small change in the scope of work that increased the price by around 10%. We agreed this was OK. We told the technician to have the invoice for the additional work emailed and we would pay it ASAP. We had already paid the original estimate for the whole job. The very next day we got a phone call from the office manager asking if we had received the invoice and had paid it. I replied we had not received it, send it again and we would pay it. The next day we get another phone call asking again about the invoice receipt and asking for payment. We replied we had received the invoice and it was scheduled to be paid by check immediately by our accounting dept. We were then told that this was not acceptable and that we were expected to pay upon demand. Considering the unprofessional treatment we had already experienced in having the job delayed, to be harrased for payment is absurd. We will never use this company again!

1 Star - Outrageous Pricing, Dishonest Service, and Poor Customer Care…read more Extremely disappointed with Top Service Plumbing. We paid a $129 service call fee, only for the technician to spend approximately 7 minutes at our home. When we questioned the charge, he claimed he had been there for 33 minutes. Unfortunately for him, our security cameras documented his exact arrival and departure times. And yet they claim they reviewed their own footage...ADT doesn't provide false time stamps and I don't appreciate being accused of being dishonest. We were then quoted nearly $4,000 to replace a basic 40-gallon gas water heater, including additional items we did not need. To make matters worse, we were promised a written estimate via email or text, which we never received. Given the incredibly brief visit and our experience, we requested a reasonable 50% refund of the service fee. Instead, they refunded just $31, keeping $98 for a seven-minute visit that resulted in an outrageously expensive quote we couldn't even get in writing. This experience left us feeling as though the business model is built around collecting service call fees and then presenting customers with inflated estimates. We expected honesty, transparency, fair pricing, and professionalism. We received none of those. I would strongly encourage homeowners to get multiple estimates before agreeing to any work with this company. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Top Service Plumbing.
