After watching Darren at work, and with the system now up and running without any glitches, I really needn't have had any such concerns. From turning up on time for the original quote, to checking and tidying at the end of installation, he was a joy to have around. Excellent value for money too; achieved in part at least by not forcing me into having bells and whistles which I didn't want, and which weren't going to work for me. Highly recommended.

For example, when your boiler explodes and hot water swims throughout your house leaving you with no heating for the vast approaching cold winter. It's okay to rely on people and I put my faith in MBM. They sent a lovely bloke around who was very friendly sorted things rather swiftly for me. I've never paid for a replacement boiler before but it seemed reasonable. These guys can do anything from heating and plumbing to installation and repairs. My boiler has been keeping himself busy lately but if he steps out of line I'll call MBM.

The gentleman knew exactly what the problem was with our boiler (trapped air which meant the water was lukewarm at best). As well as fixing the problem, we were given advice on how to maintain it so it wouldn't happen again. We weren't charged for anything we didn't need nor were we charged rip-off rates or any more than the 45 minutes he was there. Very good service overall.

He did all the wiring for our new extension and also suggested another couple of options that we hadn't even thought of due to our lack of knowledge on the subject. I do know enough however to know that there are cheap fittings on the market and workmen who take short cuts so I was very pleased to see Stuart using the best fittings and doing a really superb and neat job. He gave me a detailed quote up front and stuck to it to the penny. I know I could probably get a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere but I appreciate a good, professional and safe job that I can be confident in and I would definitely recommend Stuart of SFR Electrical.

Very poor quality work. Used very cheap fittings, having given a fixed quote. I had to pay another…read moreelectrician to replace a faulty light installed by Tim's team. Also Tim managed to rewire my boiler wrong, so that it no longer provided heating. I presumed it was a plumber problem and only after paying an expensive callout charge, did they diagnose that the thermostat had been wired incorrectly by Tim Graham. Tim was not willing to return to fix the issue, so I had to pay another electrician to do so (on top of paying the plumber!). The errors he made have proved very expensive to put right. He is unethical and once he receives payment, will not return to rectify any of his problems. Stay away!
