The place was kept clean and it helped ease my discomfort with getting my blood drawn. The location is also so convenient! It's getting easier and easier to book appointments with them as well - they have improved their system online so you can schedule at your own convenience. This will be my go-to moving forward for my blood draws.

Despite arriving before the stated closing time, the doors had already been locked and staff would not allow patients inside. Closing early may seem minor, but for patients coordinating medical appointments around overnight healthcare work schedules, it can have a significant impact. I rearranged my recovery sleep and spent time and gas driving to the location specifically because the posted hours indicated I would still be able to be seen. If a location plans to stop accepting patients before the official closing time, I think it's only reasonable that it be clearly communicated online and on-site so patients can plan appropriately. Otherwise, the posted closing time is misleading. I understand we all are eager to get home after a long day, but ultimately we have a duty to follow through with what we tell our patients they can expect from us. Hopefully this was just a one-off for a location that has otherwise received five stars.

Dr. Abitua researches extensively and uses the latest data to formulate his treatment recommendations. He listens to my own opinions and answers questions without any condescension or air of superiority. Appointment availability and communication via phone or secure messaging is excellent. I have referred others who are as equally impressed and satisfied with this doctor as I have consistently been. Highly recommend.

I couldn't have been told that when I said my doc is faxing them over? Come back the next day with paper labs and they are so good at their job that it took them 5 times to get blood drawn (3 technicians). No I wasn't the problem they just couldn't do it the manager ended up having to. The next time I am to go there for labs I am very hesitant but still go. To my surprise a 5pm closing time is negotiable because 445pm place is locked up tight and no is there. This happened 2 days in a row and it's a big deal since we live an hour from town and made both of these trips for nothing. Also not sure but they should probably consider hiring some kind of cleaning staff most of their labs I have been too are filthy. Alas I found a new place to go to. Quest Diagnostics, go there. They are clean and competent. AVOID LABCORP LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT CAUSE IT MIGHT!

They will violate your rights and do not follow the law , Tell you your test is inconsistent before even reading the result. Try to Watch you pee when they legally cannot unless is court ordered , government or dot job , probation or if you refused or failed a test .Employers also beware of this company if you want your employees to work for you. I watched them conduct many tests that all take 30-40 seconds for a result. 5 seconds no result and telling you it's inconsistent is not a result or inconsistent. By far the worst business i have ever stepped foot inside , Karma will spend some time with these people eventually.

To schedule an appointment you have to either call or do it online. I tried calling first to schedule through their automated messaging system, but it was a frustrating failure. The bot kept cutting me AND ITSELF off, so I just gave up and went online. But their online appointment system isn't the most user friendly experience either, so if navigating tech isn't your thing, you may have similar frustrations here. That being said, I had no choice but to get my labs done here. If you're in the same situation I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend making an appointment rather than doing a walk-in. I made an appointment and wasn't seen until an hour later, so I'd expect even longer wait times without an appointment. They have a TV monitor in the waiting room that displays how long you can expect to wait... all I can say is... don't trust it. When I was finally called in the staff was kind, which is the only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star review... but man...
