Didn't receive a check after 60 days, so... followed up on promised refund and was told I had "misunderstood" and that because I didn't allow them to come out and try AGAIN to correct the problem AND send them all receipts and contact information of new contractor, they wouldn't be sending a refund. Seriously? If they'd have come out to do the job on a fourth visit, they'd be out the labor costs... they'd already been out three times and knew it wasn't working properly... it was past time to just make it right with a refund. A few 'words' about Bighaus: professional, dedicated, reliable, experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, fun, flexible, prepared, considerate, tidy, innovative, faithful... and so many many more. (no permit 'issues', no long downtimes 'waiting for permit'.) 2. the company is well known by suppliers and vendors... they obtain supplies and equipment easily and quickly.
