These guys are awesome! I requested a quote and scheduled them, via their website. It was super easy, with up front pricing, without them having to make a trip out to do an "in-person quote". Their prices are SUPER reasonable! Cost what I expected it should cost, without some crazy price gouging. They came out the next day, gave me a 2 hour window, for when they'd be there, and texted me and told me they were on their way. They have great communication via text and phone. The guys were very nice, it took them all of 5 minutes to load up my appliance, and they only charged me $10 extra, to haul away a huge piece of scrap metal, that wasn't on the quote, but a last minute add-on. They were here and gone in 10 minutes, and that's with processing my payment. They never even complained about my long, hill of a driveway, or the fact that it began to rain right when they started loading up. I was with Absolute Trash for 6 months and from the beginning felt nothing more than disposable! From the NASTY trash can they delivered to me to start with to the inconsiderate change of schedule and SKIPPING of my trash pick up - I shouldn't have stayed so long. Myka is fantastic! He responded within about 15 minutes to my request for a quote, had a reasonable price, showed up promptly on a Saturday afternoon, and hauled my old mattress and box spring out of our high-rise condo taking care to avoid any damage to our apartment or the building.
