I had a very good experience with Swift junk removal…read more I inquired about this service from several entities but Swift was the first that replied and was able to answer all my questions via chat and they came across quite well that way. (it was the first time using the Yelp quote chat service and it worked well with Swift.) Swift was very accommodating about working within my time frames. On the day that they were scheduled they texted a reasonable window of arrival time and met that. When they did arrive they went right to work and got things done quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.

I first worked with Matthew to get a quote. This was a complicated move due to splitting one…read morehousehold into two, and Matthew was extremely patient and professional throughout the process. Matt and Gary took care of my move, and they were rockstars! They moved stuff out of my house and into a storage, and helped condense two storage units into one. When I say these guys worked hard, I mean they worked HARD! Completely professional and respectful of my belongings from start to finish. The last part of this process involves Jamal and Joseph taking care of my "haul-away" items. Because I apparently can't make anything easy, this was a fluid process moving possessions in and out of the keep/trash categories. Again, nothing but polite, professional hard work from these two. I am not sure how HUNKS finds such amazing team members, but they are fantastic. The process from the quote to completion is simple, straightforward, and professional. I gave 5 stars because I couldn't give 6. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.

She communicates and lets you know she's on the way or if she's running a tad bit late, which I truly appreciated the open communication. Hands down she is the best! She knows what she's doing and she is the sweetest. We chatted a little while putting everything in her dumpster and it made us work faster lol. She didn't need my help, but I wanted to help because that's just me. I will definitely be utilizing her services again in the future because the price you can't beat for the great service received!! Thanks Tiff!!

We had a tenant move out of our house that left a bunch of junk in the back yard. Got a couple of quotes through Yelp. Lots of delayed responses and most wanted to check the place out on their own to make sure of the scope of the work. Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. He sent pictures and videos of what he had done, kept you aware of the costs, and what was left. Left it completely up to me to stop at any time. This is exactly what I would want in this line of work.
