We recently watched our neighbor across the street having gutters installed and knowing we had issues around our property when it rained, we decided to do the same. We got 2 quotes and went with these guys. They arrived promptly and ready! They did a professional job! Since the gutters are custom made, and matched the soffit color, they looked like crown molding for the house! Made it look nice and cleaner! We had a new tile roof installed. Six weeks later absolute came out and added all new gutters on the house. The first issue Gutter was hung backwards and was draining over the gutters. The second issue another gutter hung backwards and was causing flooding. Fix that. Created a third issue.again gutter over flowing and broke 10-12 tiles on our roof and never even told us.They we're called again and refused to come back. Beware! Communication is HORRIBLE but installers are GREAT! Hired to replace gutters. Came out and did an estimate. Took about a month to get them to come out just to do the estimate. Had a third party paying for it and getting the service scheduled was a nightmare. The third party spoke to someone who was supposed to call me to schedule an estimate. Never did. I called a week later and spoke to the same person that the third party did, but that person at Absolute Gutters claims to never have spoken with them. Really bad service so far. Finally scheduled a service. Was called the day before a storm hit to tell me the service would be delayed because of the storm. That's fine...nice and proactive. Then someone showed up at the original time, unexpectedly! Again, that's fine and nice that they were there, but they ended up not having the correct materials. Left and was told I would get a call. They never called back. I called them to find out what was going on a week later and was told they had to order the gutter and wait for it to come back. Why couldn't they call me to tell me what's going on?? Rescheduled but they never showed up at the scheduled time and never called me. Called them again to find out why. Was told that the crewmember called in sick. When I asked why they didn't call me, they gave me BS excuse that they didn't know until the last minute. Fine, but as soon as they found out, they should have called me. Really had no reply other than "sorry for your frustration". THEIR COMMUNICATION SUCKS AND YOU WILL NEVER HERE FROM THEM...YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM IN ORDER TO FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON. THEY ALSO NEVER TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR COMMUNICATION FAILURES...DON'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE OR APOLOGIZE FOR THEM. It's now over two months later and finally got the work done, but the company didn't order the right colors. Would have ended up with two different colors in the downspouts, so the installers just put them in to match the elbows they ordered. Asked if I wanted the correct ones installed, and I said yes and to have someone from the office call me to set it up. I seriously doubt the office will ever call me back to correct the problem based on my past experience with them. The installers (Lance and Patrick) were very nice and understanding, but the company is HORRIBLE with its communication. Their communication with their customers is simply pathetic! How can you just not call your customer to tell them what's happening and why someone didn't show up for an appointment? They were good and proactive about the storm and rescheduling, but other than that one time, there have been at least a dozen times where I have called them when they should have called me. If I had not called them, who knows how long it would have taken to get the work done. As it is now, it's been over two months since my original call to them for an estimate. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I had a small job to have "seamless" gutter put up around my back patio area - approximately 39 feet in a "L" configuration after I had my new roof put on. first off they man-handled and bent up my new roof drip edging. Then they installed the gutter having one of the "legs" of the "L" pitched the wrong way - away from the downspout. Called to get that corrected - which took weeks, and forget about them calling you to arrange a mutual day/time to come back to correct their errors. When they did come back - almost 3 months later, to correct the pitch so the gutters properly function, they managed to break the seal of the corner joint so now it leaks. It's been 3weeks since I've heard from them to fix that problem. I'd rather fix it myself so that no other problems occur - plus I'll have to purchase a bunch of screws to screw down the mangled/bent up drip edging. Good thing it was only a small job I wanted.
