Everything absolutely exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail, compassion, and patience translated into a beautiful ceremony and burial that will stay with us forever. Their graphics guy did an amazing job with the prayer card and portrait. We were amazed at our restful our Dad looked when we said our last goodbye. They provided accurate estimates up front by first visiting the cemeteries and inspecting the broken tombstones. They used professional materials and methods for these repair and preservation efforts and provided digital photos of the finished repairs. They waited until the very last minute to confirm insurance causing services to be pushed back an entire week, stalled on shipping ashes the same day payment was made, and then had the nerve to complain about their staffing shortages like that was my problem. Let me be clear -- when a family is grieving, they don't want excuses, they want compassion and professionalism. I even called and left a message for the owner, and to this day have NEVER received a call back. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how little they value families in their care. The only bright spot was Carl -- the ONLY person at this establishment who acted like he had some sense and helped hold us together during this chaos. Honestly, I wouldn't let them bury my goldfish. You'd be better off buying an acre of land, grabbing a shovel, lighting a bonfire, and burying your loved one yourself. That would be handled with more care than what we experienced here.
