And the showers would have the same dirt from a week prior, same with the sauna. I recently had to cancel my membership and he said maybe ten words in all to me and did not care about the cancellation. From my previous experiences with gyms I've never dealt with such a manager. All are usually very kind and helpful and want to know how they can improve the gym and how my experience was. Not sure I'll be back. The rest of the employees there are wonderful however!

My pain had never gone away for more than 10 days, so upon my plane landing in Des Moines, I made an appointment with the clinic my mother and father have been going to for the last 3 decades or more, Rebarcak. I had no preference for which doctor I saw and I was given to Dr. Brady Rebarcak for treatment. I explained the treatment I had received in San Diego, CA. I was impressed with the results: within 2 hours after treatment, I was 95% better. Three days later I went back for a follow-up visit before my departure to San Diego. Today, 5 days later I am pain-free. If my mom were alive today, I could hear her say, "I told you they could fix you up." The doctor did a combination of Chiropractic, Chinese cupping, and Gua Sha on my neck. In San Diego, I had experienced all of the techniques from my San Diego doctors, but not one doctor had isolated the problem with the use of all the techniques in one treatment. What can I say: I am truly amazed! Give this place a try and follow through with the treatment plan. I didn't try the kickboxing classes, although I wish I would have because they sound like a phenomenal workout, but we did do CrossFit three times. One day was an open gym style in the evening but they still program a WOD you can do - or work on your own thing which is a great complement to traditional training because we all have weaknesses and this is a great time to focus on some of those things, but the programmed WOD is always a good option too. The CrossFit class we did join was great. I have an injury preventing me from doing several movements but the coach made a quick adjustment for me so I could still join and have a really good workout. The box is spacious with new high quality and clean equipment (which surprisingly you don't find everywhere) and the programming was excellent. If I lived in the Nevada area I would totally join this box. I travel a lot for work and have visited several CrossFit's across the country and this is one of the best ones I've been to, I highly recommend them.
