The installation was quick and precise. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work the team at K&S has done for me and my family. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. Their workmanship was so poor it all had to be redone. This company says they are "fully insured" but refused to provide any insurance info, and ignored all phone calls and emails to pay for damages. Police even tried to get their insurance info but they lied to police and said they would pay for damages which they never did. Seriously doubt they even have insurance. They listened to me, they didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt want, and they were dedicated to the job. These guys really worked their butt's off for me to get my driveway in better condition. The only reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because I felt they may have come a little unprepared for the job. However, with that said, they really pushed through it and got it done to my liking. I would recommend them over a lot of other well established companies in the area. At the same time, I contracted for them to put on new siding. Sadly, the guarantee for the shingles required that they install them correctly. They spaced them too far apart and so before they got done putting on the siding, my new asphalt roof was already leaking. This was in the late fall. Michael Hunt told me it was MY fault that the roof leaked because I should have gone up on the roof and shoveled off all the snow (was just 2-3 inches of snow). When they put on the siding, the blocked my crank out windows from ever being able to open again. They left their business sign, all the debris from the work, nails, metal, wood, all over our yard. Use this company at your own risk, but buyer beware.

Roof leaks due to poor framing causing poor drainage. No siding. He said he sent a text that the siding wasn't in the budget. We called the permit office, inspector checked the addition. There's so many things that need to be redone: roof, floor joists (2x10, should be 2x12 for 15 foot span). That's good for starters. Hasn't been a licensed contractor since 2023. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

If he cannot install a washer and dryer or reinforce a basement wall how can he construct the buildings shown. 4- Run a check online to see his past adventures 5- Do not pay him in full no matter what his story is 6- Ask to see a business card with name and business address 7- Do not pay him with a check that is not in the business name. You may want to have the bid and contract written on company stationary. 8- Do not believe his experience he says he has. You should see the work he did for me! 9- Although he will tell you I am not truthful or that I am a complainer, don't take that as the truth. That's what he told about a negative review that was on his facebook page that was posted on his business J&R Construction page. 10- Feel free to contact me and I will show you what he did to my home.
