They would have started 48 hours later had we not had torrential rain. They were there first thing Monday morning (no deposit required which was a welcome surprise) removed several layers of shingles and installed the entire roof as well as a small 'shed' building all the same day. The kindness and level of communication with me, as I was away at the time, was complete with pictures and video of the job in progress coupled with his wealth of knowledge made me SO comfortable with the whole process. My mother was on site and just amazed at what they accomplished in a day and how beautiful the job was. Not to mention their cleanliness on the site, you would never have known they had just installed a new roof. Other than how beautiful the roof is now! I Highly recommend First Georgian Roofing Inc AND Steven Mosher.

Various samples were brought for me to get a good visual of products that would be used and colors. He never lost his patience regardless of how many times he had to come. Preferred Quality worked with the insurance company and MULTIPLE other contractors to get my job completed. They set up the removal and reinstallation of solar panels. It was done on the day they said. After the removal, the roof was done in ONE DAY. My home is over 4,000 sq feet so this was a large job. Gutter contractor came as they promised and gutters were installed with one day. All debris was cleaned up. Roof and gutters look great and make the home a lot more attractive. Definitely recommend them for a quality job with very little effort on the homeowners part.

They were on time, honest and got the job done quickly. Then when hail struck our roof months later we immediately called Terry and he immediately came by for an honest estimate. He walked us through exactly what was wrong with our roof and made the time to be present when our insurance adjuster came out to inspect the hail damage. In our experience other roofing companies we received quotes from for both jobs were unreliable, difficult to communicate with and felt like used car salesmen. Not Dedicated! They weren't the cheapest, but definitely reasonable and the definition of "you get what you pay for." We love our roof and the fact that Terry and Kurt are communicative, honest and stand by their work 100%. They own the business so you're not dealing with a middle man or a corporate owned company. You're dealing with experienced contractors who lend their expertise. We HIGHLY recommend this local PTC, family-owned business for any roofing job and will use them again in the future!

The estimator forgot to include the cost of our new roof vent and it ended up costing us a few hundred more dollars. We owed it, but it was just a surprise when it came time to write the check.
