Horrible firm to work for and management needs to take a course on employee relations. They need to learn how to respect staff

OMG .. just the threat of Tom Kenniff SAVED MY LIFE!…read more I was in a situation very analogous to "subway choker" Daniel Penny's. You will recall in May 2023 that young former marine protected himself and everyone on his NYC subway car by subduing a violent psychopath and career criminal, who accidentally died. Dysfunctional NYC rewarded Penny's heroic efforts by charging him with manslaughter! My case, which began 4 months later, contained many similar elements, but fortunately my "victim" survived the righteous exercise of my Human and Constitutional rights to self-defense. But like Penny, I was in desperate need of top-notch legal counsel and representation. I decided to find out who Penny's attorneys were, and that's when I found the deservedly top-rated law firm of Raiser & Kenniff. Mr. K is, like me and Daniel Penny, an armed forces vet, having served honorably in wartime Iraq. He is also a former NYC prosecutor who was the GOP's 2021 nominee for the powerful office of Manhattan DA. (Good Lord, how different NYC would be now if Mr. K. had won instead of that Trump-hating hack Alvin Bragg! But I digress ....) So Mr. K had the perfect background and mindset to be of invaluable assistance to deplorables like Daniel Penny, myself, and Queens mugger killer Charles Foehner. And Messrs. K. & R. have no doubt rescued many other law-abiding NYers who stubbornly refused to do their duty and just die when some criminal lowlife decided it was time for them to. I had never been in such a daunting situation. I survived being victimized by some deranged street lowlife with a criminal record 10 times as long as this review only to be victimized by the NYPD, and the Bronx DA's office. After figuring out what had happened both rogue institutions were hellbent on seeing me finish life (I'm close to senior citizen Foehner's age) in some upstate gulag where I would be surrounded 24/7/365 by brain-scrambled sociopaths as bad or worse than the animal whose sudden violent attack I had successfully repelled. As in Penny's case, the DA's office should never have filed charges against me. Besides the rank injustice of such an unnecessary and mean-spirited action, they had no evidence capable of meeting their evidential burden, even though that burden has gotten frighteningly lighter in recent years. Indeed, their only evidence was languishing in a solitary confinement unit on Riker's Island - where he should have been the night we met - and they had nothing else but that maniac's word to go to the grand jury with. But the bitter old saw, "You can indict a ham sandwich" is true, especially in frightened Gotham. The expense and ordeal of a full-blown criminal trial still loomed. That trial never happened because the asst DA knew who was representing me: the notorious legal gunslingers Raiser & Kenniff, i.e., Daniel Penny's high-profile attorneys! When the Wokesters working for the People (?) noticed I had retained Raiser & Kenniff they realized they would have many, MANY hours of work ahead of them, and in the end they would STILL lose. An overworked, underpaid public defender contracted from the Legal Aid Society likely would have ASSISTED their fellow Bolsheviks in the Bronx DA's office to insure I did at least SOME time in an upstate concentration camp. After all, I was white and my "victim" was black so Social Justice demanded it! But thank God I didn't have some sorry-assed, limp-wristed, Brandon-loving public defender. Instead, I had the great Tom Kenniff in my corner, and that meant trying to railroad me into the clink would be a waste of precious time and resources. So barely four months after my arraignment a mealy-mouthed, assistant DA requested the judge dismiss all the charges against me. It was all I could do to exit the courtroom without twerking! HAH! If you are in big trouble like I was don't fool around or shop around. Hire these well-known terminators and like me you'll be damned glad you did! :)
