They were always accommodating of scheduling issues, knowledgeable in how to navigate the mvd licensing system as a non-minor, and took the time to know us and our specific needs as individuals. And now, a few months out from when I took the class and got my license, I can say with absolute confidence that Coach Eddie and the staff at coach Al's driving school went above and beyond to set me up for success. Tough but fair and caring, they made sure we were ready to drive with confidence in ourselves and our abilities. Whenever I drive I think of the lessons and advice coach gave us and know that I'm a better driver for it. I can't recommend them more, especially if you're an adult learner.

He would repeatedly tell me to call back, dodge my calls, tell me he's going to call back in an hour (he did not), and when I called back to follow up (expecting him to be professional and call when he SAYS he's going to call), he basically bit my head off and used the flaky excuse that "I get busy". (It had been 9 hours since he said he'd call back in an hour.) I have yet to have any of the 5 remaining lessons I am owed, and honestly, I don't intend to. He has been nothing but rude, unprofessional, and flaky since our first 2 lessons. I don't know what happened to make him flip so suddenly, but I am extremely displeased and offended by his conduct. I would not recommend him to anyone looking to get their license in the next year, as your schedule clearly does not matter to him.

That is laaaaaaaaame. Other classes include the test, as the MVD staff said they generally upload the test results to the database. Not this one, apparently. So what was the point of this class if it doesn't include evidence of "some idea of how to drive" for a dang LEARNER'S permit?? To boot, my kid commented that a fair amount of time was spent by the instructor plugging his book. I could've taught my kid the basic rules of driving to prepare her for taking a test. For his last driving lesson, we received a call saying the instructor was sick and the appointment needed to be rescheduled yet again. At this point, I had enough. If this had been the first or second time we had scheduling problems, it wouldn't have been an issue. I understand that staffing issues can cause problems, but as a consumer paying a premium for these services, it is extremely frustrating to be told it isn't their problem and to receive no empathy for the struggles we faced throughout the entire process. The staff was consistently short, rude, and unempathetic.

She was very calm with the way she instructed, very constructive & reassuring? i guess would be the way to put it? Instead of being nervous to be reprimanded when I drove wrong, she was very polite and understanding and was only focused on making sure I was understanding everything. It really only took us the first session for us to both be confident enough in my driving. She kept it fun while also making sure I was learning the ways of the road. I wasn't looking to learn any tricks, but had become comfortable enough on the road that I wasn't feeling the need for much rudimentary work. I had taken the MSF class a couple years ago but never rode again until recent weeks, at which point I had taken the bike out for a collective 100 miles or so. Do I really need a riding lesson? Come to find out, I totally needed a riding lesson! I didn't realize how much I would benefit from physically getting to know the bike, from experimenting with my weight, counterbalance techniques and handle bar steering, being encouraged to make tighter and tighter turning radii. It was all so basic, yet all so enlightening, and 3 hours flew by. Cassie is a tiny little lady who handles a big@ss BMW adventure bike like a dang legend (and she seems to be in proper standing with some other legends in field too). Even my annoyingly self-confident husband handed it to her. But also, she's super unassuming, very knowledgeable, and intuitively perceptive about what needs explaining and how. As a female rider, my experience with male riders (husband included) has been that they are less likely to understand my fear of dropping a bike, falling over, or breaking a hip! Female riders have been more understanding of that initial timidity, and Cassie offered just the right level of empathy and encouragement. That said, she doesn't only coach gals. Her website actually advertises "Everybody Only. Motorcycle Training for Anyone." And you better believe that she's prepared to train you, regardless of your gender, your riding level, or your goals for motorcycling. For the record, her prices are very reasonable, and she offers individual and class training environments. She travels to location too. We met in a big parking lot off Pan American, but from what I could tell she was willing to meet me in a location of my choosing. Highly recommend this trainer, and can't wait to go back!

The skills I learned from her opened up so many options for me in riding and bike styles. I always left lessons feeling better than when I arrived; her teaching style was flexible and confidence boosting always. Premier School of Driving was the right choice for us and I absolutely recommend them for any parent suffering the hellish reality of unleashing their pimpled pupil upon the automotive masses. My initial review was really flawed; they offer driving instruction alongside classes, and the mentors are very, very good. We were given a full report of our kid's driving issues following every ride, and in the end they got her ready for the road. I absolutely cannot fathom the heart failure those people endure each and every day, sitting alongside kids who try to navigate busy streets, but they manage to do a great job. I've also been present during the classroom instruction, and I don't think my daughter's report was accurate. She is, of course, in her teens; any act of sitting around and learning is a one-star report. But these guys do a solid job, and today I bask contented, knowing that my kid got her drivers license and has allowed me to kick back and write this review while she terrorizes the general public and rarely, if ever, checks her blind spots.
