Above The Crust is a small family owned Pizzeria in Centennial. They offer some things that are different like house made potato chips and Asian Chicken Salads. They also had a special pizza of the day that was something like peaches and caramel today. The plain pizza here and the spinach & cheese calzone are either unseasoned or next to unseasoned here. I looked around and didn't notice any seasonings that you can add other than hot pepper. We both thought that the crust was hard to eat because it is kinda dry dense and sort of cracker-like and could use salt. The portions were very generous so I brought them home to doctor up. I know some people out there prefer their food unseasoned so that is why I gave three stars instead of the two stars that it is for my taste. 2.5 Stars

Mighty meat pizza

The name fits...probably one of the first pizza places where the toppings are plentiful and each one could be tasted individually. Walked in and workers were friendly, helpful with their recommendations, and talked to us several times during our visit. Now to the pizza...crust was about perfect, foldable and still crunchy! Finally found a pie that the cheese strings along as you pull the slice apart! Taste was great, like i mentioned each topping had its own flavor and could be distinguished with the bites. Could have had a little more sauce on the pie but thats just a personal preference. Probably the best pizza we have had in vegas so far!

Super friendly staff with again local love in their food. Great flavor thin crust was our pick. Neat option of pepperoni roll garlic rolls . Enjoyed the antipasta salad that is large with creamy Italian don't be confused it may look like ranch but it's not ranch. Looking for the specials

Above the Crust Pizza is a hidden little gem tucked away in a strip mall, so it can be a bit tricky to find. We only stopped because we saw the sign from the road. Seating is limited, but with a cozy atmosphere. We stopped in for lunch and noticed they have a two-slice pizza special, which was a good deal. Wife had the pizza while I went with the Stromboli, filled with ham and pepperoni. It was a little heavy on the ham for my taste, but still pretty good. Tasted fresh and homemade, not frozen. Next time, I'll ask for just pepperoni, and we'll go back for it. The staff was super friendly, and I was impressed that the bathrooms were spotless, especially considering the small size of the place. Overall, a spot worth trying if you're looking for good pizza and a welcoming vibe.

Garlic Rolls
Victoria K.

Decided to stop by for a quick bite and the ambiance was pretty quiet. The service was super quick and I loved the amazing spread. Now I truly came for one thing: the garlic rolls. Now the garlic rolls were already out so they aren't necessarily made fresh. However they do warm them up and its wrapped and rolled in the beautiful garlic. Overall the garlic roll is a good price with a fabulous and great taste! Would come back and will try more next time

NY Classic Pepperoni Pie

Above the Crust on W. Ann Rd. It's a little place on the corner in a Strip Mall called Centennial Pavilion. I just so happen to be around this area and I saw it. I've heard from several people how much they liked it and they knew how much I love a NY style crispy crust. I walked in before noon and no one inside eating, but they had quite a bit of orders they were already working on for pick-ups. I love the vibes of this place-easy going! A little place with quite a few seating inside and a couple outside. The people were all chill and had great energy. I ordered 3 Pies to go and luckily it was two for Tuesday. Buy any large pie and get a large Cheese Pie for free. I ordered an AC Special, which is a combination. The free Cheese Pie, I added pepperoni on it. The last one was a small Traditional NY White, which is a garlic, oil, topped with ricotta, mozzarella and oregano. The pepperoni rolls and garlic rolls in the display case immediately caught my eye. They were fresh and tempting. I waited for around 20 minutes, sat down by the window and had a coke-free refills. By the time I got home the Pies were still hot. As I opened the box to my Pepperoni Pie, to my surprise, that classic crispy NY crust on my Pepperoni Pie, Yayyy! Classic NY flavor, simple, savory and done right. The only thing I'd tweak is a more consistent distribution of the pepperoni. I'm a pepperoni person through and through, but the Combo and NY White were equally satisfying. I definitely recommend you try this place. I can see why this is a popular Pizza Joint, with that said, there could be a wait for orders especially on Tuesdays for their Pizza Special or even their Everyday Specials. Also, I popped a couple of slices in the oven the next day, and they crisps up beautifully. Respectfully

Wow! I cannot believe this place was like 10 mins away from us and never tried it. Me and my husband was instacarting and delivered something at above the crust and when I walked it it smelled so good in there I was like I definitely have to come back and try it, so we did after finishing up the last Instacart order we decided to have lunch there. Had the special 2 slice special w a drink paid extra for the pepperoni added a garlic roll and pepperoni garlic roll and omg it was so good!!! The pizza had the crisp and the way I like it thin and light on the sauce, the marinara sauce they have is really good. The garlic roll is so good and so was the pizza garlic roll. Service was really good the lady was so nice and friendly and so was the young man cooking the pizza paid about $14 something w tip and we had such a great lunch. This will be a go to place for us from now on, it's such a cute small little business that I wished I have known a while back because we are definitely going to be regulars. This place should get more business because it's worth it!

Food was sooo good! I got the loaded buffalo fries and buffalo wings -- both hit the spot. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!

5 star for the best pizza and garlic bread in centennial hills area. If you are looking for the best garlic bread this is highly recommended!!! Service was quick. They make everything from scratch.. from the dough to the pizza sauce , freshly chopped veggies... everything was good! It is a small place but lots of people call and pick up while we were there. Ambiance is quaint and lots of parking spaces. Ordered one large AC special and garlic bread and pepperoni rolls. Superb!

Lisa W.

Foods good, service is excellent! Cozy inside. Definitely a great little spot. The peaches and dream dessert pizza was super yummy and a fun treat! Loved the chicken parm Stromboli too! My husband loved the pizza but it was a little greasy for me.

We decided to split the agnolotti, and WOW, this was the standout dish of the night. The pasta, the sauce, everything about it was absolutely superb. We literally licked the plate clean! This is a dish I would come back specifically for. My husband ordered the chicken parm and loved it. It was a generous portion and the chicken was juicy. With such a small team, service can take a little longer, but considering the quality and flavor of the food, it's absolutely worth the wait. One thing I also appreciated was how attentive the staff was with drink refills and clearing empty plates, despite how busy they were. One thing I'd strongly recommend is making a reservation! This is my all time favorite restaurant…read more Well at least the location in NYC is. So I was very excited to try out this location in Vegas located in Aria casino. So when I knew I was going to Vegas, I jumped on their website and grabbed a pretty decent reservation. Upon arrival, I was glad I got a bit dressed up as this place is pretty fancy. This is truly an elite spot for date night. After a very short wait, we were seated at our table. They gave us complimentary bread basket, as well as a complimentary plate of salami, and aged Parmesan and some pickled vegetables. These all hit the spot perfectly, I loved the bread and salami the most. Once we took a quick look at the menu I had three dishes in mind to try for this visit. We went with Carpaccio Piemontese ($32.00)-Spicy Rigatoni Vodka ($33.00) and Ribeye Diana ($74.00). The Carpaccio came out first, I had this dish in New York and loved it then and I loved it on this visit. The beef is sliced paper thin, topped with mushrooms and toasted walnuts and a truffle dressing. It has a true melt in your mouth texture-so delicious. Next came the legendary spicy rigatoni vodka-this is Carbone's signature dish. The pasta is cooked al dente, which gives a great chew but the star is the sauce. Super creamy tomato forward with a sweet kick from the Calabrian chili in the sauce, they coat every pasta piece perfectly. Finally we got the Ribeye Diana dish. This was my third favorite dish of the night but not because of lack of quality but because of the high levels of the first two dishes. This was a ribeye cooked to a perfect medium rare and was covered in cacciatore sauce. The ribeye had a nice melt in your mouth texture while also having a rich Italian flavor from the cacciatore sauce. We were pretty full from our meal but that didn't stop them from giving us complimentary tri-colored Italian almond cake cookies to finish off our meal. That was a nice touch. One of the things I think that sets Carbone apart from other restaurants is the high level of service from the hostess to the bar staff to the waiter-all very high level. Carbone is just pure class and it's currently my favorite restaurant in Vegas. I look forward to trying this spot out again or maybe the new location located over at the Bellagio when I return for F1 weekend.

My husband and I had one night in Vegas after roughing it out in Zion for three nights. We were looking forward to a romantic, delicious, upscale meal and experience. The good: The space is beautiful. Great vibes. The bar is beautiful, I ended up wishing we had just sat there. The little extras are fun and tasty - the pickled vegetables and Parmesan were delicious. Bread basket was forgettable but fine. The spicy vodka pasta was absolutely delicious. Tasty sauce and perfectly cooked rigatoni. The side of mushrooms was also absolutely delicious. The bad: We also ordered a side of artichoke hearts and the Dover piccata and both were a disappointment. The artichokes had the same acidic brine flavor as jarred artichoke hearts. Totally distracting from their natural flavors. The dover was overcooked and flavorless, which seems impossible given a sauce of lemon and capers. Disappointingly bland. The ugly: I think we were seated at the absolute worst table in the dining room. Exactly right at the door to the kitchen/service areas, we were subjected to dozens of staff rushing in and out, yelling at each other, almost crashing into each other, almost crashing into our table, making it completely impossible for my husband and I to maintain a conversation. The complete opposite of a romantic dinner out. The bright light emitting from the doorway also ruined the romantic vibe of the room for us. Our server/captain checked in here or there, but provided virtually no service beyond taking our order. The pacing between the starter snacks and our food arriving was also unfortunate. It took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive, all while I watched a table of 5 across from us get seated, have their snacks and get halfway through their entrees before ours came out. It added a little insult to injury with where we were seated. I'd consider coming back if there was a seat at the bar for a drink and a plate of pasta, but otherwise not worth the time and money.

You will be just fine. I do like the bathrooms and the privacy it gives. The patio, in an outdoor bar with the lovely seating area by the fire place as you may have to wait to be seated. They do offer brunch on the weekends as well. Now as for the service. This is where they dropped the ball. I had a delivery pickup Saturday October 17th around 10:32am. I waited 23 minutes for a customers food. The host kept me updated on the order. However, I watched the customers food sit on top of the racks in the kitchen. While the cooks and staff ensured orders that were after for pickup were completed. I asked the manager why my order was taking so long. Her reasoning was- there was steak in my order. It takes a while. Also the tickets just come in randomly. I expressed that people came 10 mins after me and received 3 bags of food with their order. As well as them finishing other orders. The delay with my order was completely unacceptable. A couple of suggestions because it seems as if there is a total disconnect with the restaurant remembering that the order they are preparing. That customer is still there Customer even though a delivery service is picking up the food and delivering it to the customer. 1. Get heater bends to put the food in after it's cook and bagged. Instead of leaving the customers food out on a counter to break down and get cold before it ever gets to the delivery driver to transport it. *Most customers don't realize their food is just sitting out dying on an open counter as it waits for the delivery driver to pick it up. 2. Do your best to have food out on time for the delivery driver. Do not do other delivery orders on purpose before the current order is done and or has been started. 3. Have better customer service. I recommend this restaurant. They have a good menu selection of Italian foods etc. Definitely try the banana coffee cake during their brunch hours on the weekends. Pricing is mid. You won't break the bank:) Just keep in mind. Your food delivery may be cold or lukewarm depending if your delivery driver has heating bends in their car as they transport your food. Due to your food being left out on the restaurant counter waiting to be picked up. As it gets cold and old. Thank you!

When we arrived, we were enthusiastically greeted by Emily, who wished me a Happy Birthday. My BF had spoken with her when making the reservation and mentioned how friendly she was on the phone. Attentive, kind, and happy to answer our questions and offer suggestions. We started with the Caprese Salad, which was very good. We liked the presentation, as it wasn't the usual sliced tomato and mozzarella arrangement but instead was cut into medium-sized "chunks." We also ordered the Vongole Al Forno (baked clams), which had another creative presentation and was delicious. For my entrée, I ordered a special they were offering, a lasagne with a white truffle-style sauce, and it was delicious. My BF ordered the Cavatelli al Frutti di Mare al Forno Milano, a seafood pasta dish with shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and more! It's baked in a red sauce and topped with a pizza crust, making it look like a giant pot pie. Augusto cut open the dish and removed the crust, placing it on a separate plate for my BF to use to scoop up the seafood and pasta. Such a unique presentation, and it looked and tasted amazing!
