What's kept me coming back is how genuine and patient-centered they are--you never feel pressured to purchase more or "do more." Amanda is incredibly honest and has a true talent for enhancing natural beauty. She focuses on what will actually make a difference and sets realistic expectations, rather than simply agreeing to treatments to sell a product. I've also seen Erin for Botox--she's knowledgeable, professional, and brings the same thoughtful, no-pressure approach. Liana did my microneedling and was so gentle, while also providing helpful education on products that work (and those that don't) without pushing expensive options. Amanda's passion for teaching really stands out, and it shows in how informed and comfortable you feel as a patient. I would absolutely recommend White Coat Aesthetics to anyone looking for honest, high-quality care.

I visited Flawless Med Spa for a facial rejuvenation consultation after losing a significant amount…read moreof weight. As someone who has never had Botox, filler, Sculptra, or any cosmetic procedure before, I specifically chose to schedule consultations at several practices because I wanted to learn about my options and find a provider I could trust with my face. I want to start by saying the office itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the consultation experience was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. After photos were taken, I spent a significant amount of time waiting. By the time Melanie's assistant came in to speak with me, I had already been there for quite a while. When I explained that I was there for a consultation only and was not planning to have treatment performed that day, I felt a noticeable shift in the interaction. While she remained professional, I left with the impression that consultation-only patients were not a priority. After additional waiting, Melanie came in and provided recommendations, including Sculptra and other treatments. However, the consultation felt very rushed. As a first-time patient who knows very little about cosmetic procedures, I was hoping for more education, discussion, and guidance. Instead, I felt like there was little opportunity to ask questions or fully understand the recommendations being made. Afterward, another staff member quickly reviewed treatment plans, membership options, and pricing. The information was presented so rapidly that it was difficult to follow, and when I attempted to ask questions, I felt as though the conversation was being rushed along rather than welcomed. What disappointed me most was not the treatment recommendations themselves, but the overall experience. I came in looking for expertise, education, and a relationship with a provider I could trust long-term. Instead, after spending roughly 90 minutes in the office, much of it waiting, I left feeling like my consultation was something to get through rather than an opportunity to earn my business. For patients who already know exactly what they want and are ready to proceed with treatment immediately, this practice may be a good fit. For first-time patients looking for a thorough consultation, education, and a more personalized experience, my experience fell short of expectations.

From my very first visit, Jennifer took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and helped me create a personalized plan for how I wanted to care for it. Over the years, I've had a variety of treatments with her--including Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Diamond Glow, and Glo2--and every single time I leave, my skin looks and feels better than before. When I first started with Jen, she recommended an amazing skincare routine that I've been following for the last 3-4 years, and the results have been incredible. Most recently, I've added IPL treatments, and I'm so happy I did! My goal has always been to age gracefully, and everything Jennifer has done for me has supported that journey 100%.
