I recently went to Dr. Forbes for a physical to get my NTA license, and I can honestly say he and his staff are AMAZING! The service was fast, professional, and efficient, but what really stood out was how genuinely caring they were throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Truly the whole nine yards--couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Dr. Forbes to anyone in need of a chiropractor or physical exam. Adam Ben Zaidi read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Complete waste of time. I made an appointment, arrived early, checked in, gave the lady my ID, they scan it in and then the receptionist starts asking me the same question over and over again to something I've never heard of before. Then the other completely clueless lady assumes I'm a walk and says I cant be seen today. Dont waste your time here! read more

Stayed away from this crooked place!!!, something is very wrong when they give you a price on the phone and charge you a higher fee later in the office even before the exam started, the staff don't even greet you when you enter this business; after their refusal to issue a refund for service not provided and an argument with owner/Dr. Scott Forbes, who told me to "leave, eat shit and die" (the exact phrase he shouted at met) I left that seedy place and now I'm leaving this review,. (even 1 star is way too good to rate this business!!) read more

Scott Forbes, DC - $52 CASH for DOT physical. - Chiropractors Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

My experience was not what I hoped for after paying $80 for an evaluation and then insurance covered adjustments. 3rd visit was a 1 hour delay. 4th visit - I entered and elected to leave as it would have been longer. 4 chair waiting room, with no unoccupied seats, that is elbow to elbow. read more

Forbes Chiropractic is amazing. I had been dealing with really bad back pain for months due to long shifts standing at work with no breaks. Once I came here, my back pain pretty much went away. Now I regularly visit this office every now and again to avoid that problem. The doctor is real nice and his assistant is pretty funny too. Would recommend to anyone considering chiropractic care. read more

Dr. Dan is a top notch professional chiropractor. Before I met him I was headed for surgry. A friend told me to visit Dr. Dan before getting operated on. Reluctantly I went, and thank God I did! He listened intently and went to work on me that day. No waiting! Within a few visits I was pain free, able to sleep thru the night, capable of sitting and I could stand on my feet for hours! I have been seeing Dr. Dan for 10 plus years. The secret is in the maintenance. Like everything else, if you don't maintain you lose it. Five Star Chiropractic center is affordable, easy to get to and they always greet you with a smile. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for this place! read more

Dr. Forbes is amazing! He is a whole body chiropractor that doesn't leave you in pain, only adjust where your body requires it, and he give you information to help keep those results at home. He is the only person I trust to adjust my neck! I highly recommend him for anyone who is struggling to find medical relief as well. He is a healer. This experience changed my life: The 1st time I ever met him after having me answer a questionnaires and muscle testing me, he told me I need to stop eating certain inflammatory foods. I ignored it because you know, "I'm healthy". Well, about 3 weeks later I found myself making multiple appointments with Gastroenterology, Gynecologist, anyone just to find the root of this pain in my gut. As I was sitting in the 4th doctors office who didn't remember my name and wanted to do a surgery on me, I thought of Forbes and what he had told me to do. Wouldn't you know all my stomach pain and discomfort cleared up within days. The 4th doctor was amazed and said there is no way someone could have told me that....But Dr Forbes caught it before anyone and told me how to prevent it. So after having the best adjustment and having his words save me from a surgery I didn't need....I will always be a client and follow him everywhere. read more

Do not come here! I called the day before to schedule an appointment. Day of appointment I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. 1pm hits and I am still waiting to be called on. Around 1:15 I get taken into a room where I sit and wait more. The lady notices that I work for CHANEL and starts asking me questions about handbag prices. Which is cool, whatever. She then goes out of her way to ask me how much I get paid. I continued to sit and stay quiet confused. Not sure why she cares to know my pay. Then, she asks me how much of a sales quota I need to hit on a daily. I said, "you are asking personal questions that you do not need to know". The lady then says, "I'm just curious to know... I want to know just to know, not because I want to work for them or anything. She then walks away... I finally get called in by the doctor and he starts assessing me. After, he takes me to an area where I lay down with a pack of ice on my back. I laid confused as to why I had ice on my back. I mean. I could of done that at home... after the ice pack gets removed, the bed in which I laid on is a bed that gives massages. So the lady, turns on the machine and I get back massages. At this point i was extremely aggravated. If I wanted to lay on a massaging bed, then I would of gone to a spa and get an actual back massage!! As i lay down aggravated, the lady walks back into the room and turns on the bright as lights just so that she can lay another patient next to me on the massaging bed. Those lights are strong as can be and it hurt my eyes really bad! Even after closing my eyes, the light still bled through my eyelids. Eventually the doctor calls me in, lays me down, and I think to myself, now this is the time I will get cracked....Next thing you know, he starts "adjusting" me using a mechanical device that taps me on areas of my body to adjust alignment. The "treatment" itself was less then 5 minutes!! I left extremely mad! As I walk to my car and drive home, my back still hurts! It hurts more now after I saw him then before I went in!! Before I left the doctor asked me if I had any comments or concern and I said "no". I was so mad i wanted to leave! I wasted my time and money! I was there 2 hours and fifteen minutes for a fucken so called treatment that lasted 5 minutes!!! I spent my entire time waiting and laying down on a massage bed with a fucken pack of ice!! I called to complain and ask for my $40 refund and the fucken lady has the nerve to call me out and said "you should of done your research, this is a holistic doctor, you should of gone elsehwere" I said "I did do my research and you guys had this best reviews". Then she has the nerve to say, "well you work in sales and customer service, if someone buys a product and wants to return it, they can get a refund, but since you don't have anything to return to us then we cannot issue you a refund". Are you fucken kidding me!! I was even more mad so I hung up the phone on her!! Do not go to this place! I do not recommend it at all! It is a shit hole and you are wasting your TIME literally and your money!!! read more

I work for Clark County am required to hold a CDL. Dr Forbes is approved by the DOT and is on the list for Clark County Employees. I'm not sure about the other reviewer's experience, but I have always been treated fairly, and professionally by this practice. The only negative I can report is that CDL physicals require cash payments, and the practice does not accept debit or credit cards for them. I will continue to use & recommend Dr Forbes for CDL physicals. read more

The following is from my boyfriend's experience (he doesn't have an account): "I can't say anything about the quality of work done here because I didn't even make as far as walking into their practice. The lady who I first talked to on the phone to schedule the appointment was very nice and informative on how to prepare for the CDL physical. However, I work for Clark County and I was told that day that there is a list of specific examiners that I must go to. I called the day of my appointment to verify if Forbes Chiropractic was on this list and the man on the phone stated "yes we are certified" which did not answer my question as to if they were on this approved list. Then he rushed that phone call and we hung up. I didn't want to make a mistake and have to pay more for a whole other physical so I decided to call back and cancel the appointment. I told him that and he pretty much yelled at me saying "who do you work for again?", I told him Clark county, and he yelled back "yes, we are certified. I'm going to get the doctor and he can tell you... You know what you can go talk to Clark county if you want". He then hung up on me. Again I didn't even step into the office and I already felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. My intention was to double check the next day with the county and reschedule if they were on this list but now I would never even think about giving them my business." read more

Dr. Dan is great. I had never been to a chiro before but my neck was killing me. It had lasted several weeks and all the regular doctors did was prescribe pain killers. I don't mind taking heavy pain killers for a day or so but not for weeks. It scares me to do that. Anyway, I went to Dr. Dan and started feeling better. It took several sessions because my neck was a mess but it came around. It was great be able to function and sleep again. When my wife hurt her back we went through the same thing. She didn't want to go to a chiro but the regular doctors had no solution. I FINALLY convinced her to go to Dr. Dan. He showed her some issues the other doctors missed and was able to get her on the road to recovery quickly. I have also recommended him to two people at work and they were very, very happy! You will be surprised at how reasonable the prices are as well. read more
