By mistake I went to that place on January to get some information about a procedure fir the black eyes with hyaluronic acid. They actually forced me to use a promotion they had and was ending the next day ! WHAT a promotion !!! From $500 to $480 ... really ?? At the of the visit they asked you for how much will be the tips ??? So ! $480 for the promotion and $40 tips was a total of $520 ! Wow ! What a price for a wrong procedure . I hope everybody can read this story where I almost lose my eyes and the esthetics of my face Please read this before going to this place .... They were very accommodating as at this point the time was well past 25 minutes. They got us all set up relatively quick. With the normal paperwork, health history, and desires you would want for skin ect. We came in for laser teeth whitening today. As you know the foods and liquids we consume have a major impact on our teeth and cause continuous discoloration, over the course of time. Our technician Akieya was really nice and explained the whole process. From putting the plastic stretchers in your mouth to the hideous red goggles to protect your eyes, and of course the gel that is applied to your teeth. Each took 20 minutes under the blue light with a noticeable difference after just one session. Don't fall for the social media post!!! I've been waiting to post this review but man after reading these comments, I'm ready! I came here on the 1st week of January Because they promoted a special for the beginning of the year. Consultation with Giselle went oK even though she didn't really go over a lot of the specifics only a few things. Even though it said no deposit required, Giselle just assume I would be putting a deposit which I did to set the date for the 360 lipo for the following week. It has been one of the most difficult and painful recoveries I had ever been through this is no 3 to 6 day recovery That is a complete LIE! I followed their steps for after surgery and used my faja They provided which they didn't even have it after I finished my surgery so I had to sit on the table and wait for someone to go and get it very unprofessional! It's now been officially 6 months after my surgery and not one time has anyone from this place tried to reach up to me. I reached out to ask why nobody had tried to contact me to see if I was even OK with after surgery and they said they would let "management" know but still have not heard from them. Results are NOT what they post it all depends on your body type, how you eat and the amount of exercise you put in. If it wasn't for me and my eating habbits and spending 6 times A-day in the gym then I know that I wouldn't have the results that I have now. My experience with Vida Spa was not good at all. I paid for a photo facial treatment which came with 3 treatments.The 1st treatment, the beautician and I went through what parts of my body were to be treated. She treated sun spots on my face, sun spots on my arm, and my shoulder. She noticed that I had a big birth mark on my arm and said that she wasn't going to treat it, only the sun spots, which that is what she did. The 2nd session is where things didn't go well. As I laid down, I felt that the intensity of the machine was really burning me on my arm. I obviously couldn't see, but she zapped the hell out of my arm. I didn't know what she was doing but told her that it was hurting, she said it was because of different pigmentation. When I went back home, I wasn't happy at all because she initially had told me that she wasn't touching my birth mark, but the 2nd time she did. The next day, I called and told the manager that I was so upset that I wanted my money back and that I wasn't going to go back for the 3rd session. I felt like they gave me the run around but finally after the 2nd week from calling them, they gave me my money back. Manager was apologetic, but regardless the beautician left me with zapping marks that will not go away. They are disorganized as well. Every time I called and even when I went there to talk to them, they couldn't find my name and file. Please be cautious, because you may think that you are getting a good packet with some free stuff, but focus more on the quality and service that the business has read more

I came in for my first Session of PRP or "Vampire Facial" and was greeted by a very friendly staff , I was offered coffee, Bottle Water and hot tea and also some delicious cookies , but it was so hot outside I chose the cold bottle of water. The spa looks extra clean and well decorated there was no wait. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and everything ran smoothly. I also got the pleasure of meeting Gisselle the owner who came out with a biiiiig smile and wow let me tell you .... very pretty lady very humble and welcoming and very knowledgeable about every treatment that they offer.
