Aaron and Sheena were terrific from the tasting to the post-wedding dialogue. Aaron was very friendly, re-assuring, and helpful at the tasting (even recommending the florist we ended up using). Sheena prepared amazing food, much of which we chose to serve during the reception. At the reception itself, Aaron and his staff were exceptional. The guests were treated quite well and never had to wait long for food or a drink. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was and our special-order vegan friends were amazed that they got a delicious, full meal as they are used to eating undressed salads at most events. The party was still in full swing when they cleaned up to go and they were so unobtrusive and professional. We ended up keeping the bartender a couple hours extra because he was so good! Dena whipped everything back into the van and had it all set up by the time the bride and groom arrived, like there was no hiccup! ;) Breakfast was just what this hungry bride needed before setting off for the big day. For lunch, all of the bridal party and early vendors could hardly stand waiting to eat the fresh paninis and salad. It was all so good and healthy - perfect for our nervous tummies! Having those smells really made it feel more like the family vibe that we wanted for the weekend and everyone raved about it. The day after breakfast was so amazing. We were all so tired from the night before, and it was so nice to wake up and have such a nice spread of warm items, fruits, and juices just like the day before.
