They scratched my Cherry wood kitchen floors when pulling out the fridge, and then what made matters worse was the fact that the tech said he would deny it so he would not get in trouble. My wife called for 5 weeks and did not have any of her calls returned. No customer service whatsoever. I finally called and finally got a hold of someone. Owner had said he didn't have time to take a call. Poor service, no response, poor workmanship, and horrible to deal with. I would NOT recommend at all.
