I was not pleased. Brian came to our home to bid the job of painting the house and refinishing the…read moredeck. We asked him to refinish the exterior of the front door, use the same product on the deck that had been used on the deck previously and to mask things like the sprinkler box and gas meter which he said he would do. We also asked about removing the black marks on the deck and he said that they would use a conditioner to remove them. He e mailed the bid and we accepted it. The Hispanic men who came to do the job worked hard and did a good job. When we returned home the second day the deck was being "varnished" with a product that was not the one we wanted. We called Brian. By telephone he told us that he had not included the front door refinish in the bid. That the product on the deck was something he bought at another paint store. The items that they painted over without masking was because he forgot to tell the painters that we had stated that they should be masked and when we asked why the rails of the deck had not been refinished he said, "I don't include rails." No one did anything to remove the black marks. I am sick about the shiny, splotchy look of the deck. He asked for his check by e mail and we paid him the full amount of the bid. He did not show any interest in walking to the back yard and looking at the deck. I hope someone else can learn from our experience.

This fool, even went as far as to posting on his business page and what a great job they did. Sure it looks great in the dark when it's still wet, but as soon as morning came, it looked like absolute dog shit! as you can see in the pictures there is concrete all over my grass. There's concrete all over my house. There is concrete all over my garden in my front yard! This is absolutely embarrassing to have my home look like this in shambles because some asshole who thinks he can do a job camp. As you can also see in pictures there is standing water because the damn cement is not even even! Whatever you do do not hire someone who is inadequate. Don't make the same mistake as us.
