You get more personal service and people are overall friendlier plus you get to see everyone more often. It is easy to navigate and they had an outdoor canteen that I wanted to try but just didn't have the time. I would highly recommend taking any courses here. For me it was easily accessible by bus and ctrain then bus. For me that is no problem as I sold my car a few years ago in order to support a cleaner environment and reduction of consumerism.

He has also spent a lot of his personal time to answer questions, to clarify accounting issues, and to grade assignments and exams. With free and unlimited WIFI for students and alumni, as well as hundreds of computers available for use in the Information Commons (2nd floor of the library), this place is accessible by all. Not to mention the floors and floors of extensive literary collections it houses, as well as the expert, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient staff, MacKimmie is the kind of place you can expect to spend hours on end. The staff offers a multitude of free courses here, including courses on computer software and programs, and if you're amidst a research project, chances are you'll find resources here that you can't find anywhere else in town. Pick one of any of the floors in this massive tower and find recluse at a desk secluded by shelves and shelves of books. If you're looking for a hideaway where you can get gobs of work done without being bothered, this is the place for you. In fact, if it wasn't for this place, I wouldn't have been able to maintain the grades that I have. Thank You!

The teacher is there a very considerate and try to do their best to work around the students rather than just dish out workloads. It's in a good location has A subway, 7-Eleven, restaurant, and a few other places if you want to go eat out for lunch. Most of the students are great. the building is quite clean. There's some issues in the bottom washroom where it's not as clean but that's more of the students fault for not cleaning up after themselves but it has gotten better. Most if not all of the staff is approachable and kind and they really do care for the students. I highly recommend it!

You are literally able to serve your community while you are attending college. The best part about the college is it's student body. Everyone gets to know each other and they have lots of fun, especially if you choose to live with other students. Another notable point are the staff, they're doors are always open for students to talk, they genuinely care. You are not a number at this school! Some of the things you will experience are weekly student run mid-week church services at the college with lunch together...and yes it's delicious. Daily prayer time, weekly hospitality groups where you help around the college together, volleyball games on Sundays, and many other options for just relaxing together. They also send student groups to BC, Saskatchewan, and all around Alberta to serve in other churches...these weekend trips are awesome! You are also sent on week long trips every semester with your class (Fall/Spring Ministry Trips), a lot of ministry and you get to travel and see the world. The college has a useful library, even if you want to sneak a quick nap between classes (let's just keep that between us). They also have a gym where pretty much any sport can be played. The drama program is also very cool.

This place is laughably referred to as a college because that would assume the idea of higher education. Rather, Alberta Bible College is about the idea of "higher indoctrination" and this is what freaked me out and caused me to become an atheist. The environment is not conducive to free thought and the faculty and staff, along with the student body discourages any questioning of the Christian faith. It is a good place to send a thinking Christian to snap out of their delusion but should only be used as a last resort due to the cost and the piss poor management.
