Solid work but absolutely awful customer service and communication. I will not be using them again for my Volvo semi truck. I dropped off my 2023 Volvo VNL 860 for a camber issue on my steer tire. I wanted to give as much information as possible to the gentleman who wrote up my order when I dropped off the truck, but he was not interested in hearing it. He also made a rather disrespectful remark when I told him to be sure to keep power to my Sleeper because of the freezer full of foods. I even walked the technician out to the truck to show him how to make sure the freezer was powered. Also, I knew they were busy, so I actually dropped the truck off a day early so they could fit it into their schedule a little easier. When I picked up the truck, I had the same service writer who somehow found it challenging to give me the information about the repair. Bad attitude for sure and of course when I picked up the truck, the freezer had been shut off overnight and all my food was ruined. So the bad attitude and lack of information on top of my freezer issue is why I will not be coming back and I suggest you find another source too. read more

My motorhome was towed in on a Friday after experiencing a blown tire and damaged springs on the front end. I was told it would be done the following Friday around lunch time. On Friday morning, they called and told me not to come pick it up until closing. I arrived and paid over $2000. My motorhome was in their driveway pointed out with the keys in it, as I got in, the employees were rushing home. I drove it half a mile to the hotel I was staying at while the work was being done, and discovered that a large portion of the side had been damaged. The awning was broken, the arm and bracket from one side were completely missing, and there were multiple holes letting rain into my walls. The window was damaged as well, and there were scrapes in the paint around the same area. It was apparent that they had run my motorhome into something and just kept going. I was now stuck in the area for an additional four days over the holiday weekend, because they were not in the office and were ignoring my calls and voicemails. Tuesday when they re-opened I went back into their shop. The woman who owns it stood under a cross and started screaming at me before I even said anything, that she's a Christian and I'm a liar. After screaming at me for ten minutes about how Christian she is, she said some guy was coming to talk to me. I stood there for half an hour til he came out and screamed at me some more about how they're all Christian and I'm a liar. Then he said they didn't INTENTIONALLY damage my rv. I replied probably not but you intentionally hid it, to which he responded that a person could in fact rip off an entire awning arm and bracket and punch holes in the side of an RV without noticing. He then tried to blame the tow truck driver. I told him I followed the tow truck driver all the way to his shop and he didn't hit anything. I suggested we watch their camera footage of my RV coming in and going out and look to see if it's damaged. He refused. (He had obviously already watched it). HUGE red flag, as this would have shown he was telling the truth if he actually had been. My insurance adjuster has photos from when he went to the shop to approve the work, and in the photos there is no damage at all to that part of my motorhome. My insurance company has photo proof that Able's trashed my motorhome and lied about it. They let them know they have this photo proof, and Able's called them liars as well, and continued blaming the innocent tow truck driver. Able's either does not have insurance, or is simply refusing to provide it to my insurance company to get this settled. Now my insurance is having to sue them. Don't trust them. They are bad people masquerading as decent Christian people with southern values. They do not take responsibility for their actions, and they purposely cause harm to people after ruining your property. There was another man there while I was there who had apparently also had his vehicle damaged by them while it was there. Please avoid allowing them the chance to do to you what they've done to my family. If you do make the mistake of allowing them to touch your property, make sure to check your vehicle very thoroughly for any damage they have caused, before you leave their lot, and report the damage to your insurance company immediately. Be prepared to spend a lot of time and energy waiting for them to be held accountable. Better yet, take your vehicle literally anywhere else, these people are the scum of the earth. read more

Two stars NOT for their work but for their courtesy and attempt to assist. After I discovered my RV still had very little brakes after dropping a thousand dollars in San Antonio TX, obviously, I had to have them repaired. After calling several national chain repair shops (avoid them like the plague if you have an RV) this was the shop I found that would work on my rig. The first person I spoke with immediately said, "Sounds like either a bad master cylinder or vacuum booster to me." THANK YOU I've spent enough time wrenching to have agreed with him. Got it into them, said last shop had not bled or adjusted the brakes. Geez, how lazy can one be. So system bled, refilled and brakes adjusted. Drove about 30 miles east, NO BRAKES AGAIN!! Back to shop but it's FRIDAY afternoon. Now we're looking at Friday, Saturday, Sunday and probably Monday in a hotel. Yup, Monday also. This time the bled the system AGAIN, and finally put on a new master cylinder by no vacuum booster. Guess what? If you guessed STILL NO BRAKES you would be correct. Personally, I believe they relied too much on machines to do various tests and not enough on real, human eyeballs actually LOOKING at every INCH of the system. Obviously, air is getting into and fluid out of the system somewhere. Bottom line, $1,500.00 gone and vehicle is no safer to drive than it was before the first "repair" See my review of Southwest Brake and Alignment in San Antonio TX read more
