The employee was a tall white man wearing glasses. I personally witnessed him aggressively yelling and cursing at an older woman, repeatedly telling her to move her car. The way he spoke to her was incredibly disrespectful and completely unnecessary. Several gentlemen nearby stepped in and told him that it wasn't right for him to speak to an older woman that way. Instead of calming down or handling the situation professionally, he became even more aggressive and confrontational and appeared to try to fight one of the men who spoke up. What bothered me most was his attitude toward everyone around him. He was mean, rude, aggressive, and cursing in a public place. Whatever disagreement there may have been about the woman's car did not justify treating people this way. I don't know this employee personally, but I know what I witnessed, and his behavior reflected very poorly on Testa & Sons. If you are wearing or displaying a company's name while working, you are representing that company. Management should seriously look into this incident and address how their employees conduct themselves in public.

Fast forward a year. The top sleeve portion of my flag began to tear because of the tip of the flag pole. I called Freedom flag to ask for ideas to help stop the rip.
