I really cannot say enough good things about Sarah, Jasmine and my experience at Benchmark.  I went…read morein with hip pain that had been nagging me for months and came from a several year-old running injury.  I was told by the doctor I could get a cortisone shot or try physical therapy and since I am not a fan of shots or temporary fix's I opted for the physical therapy.  Sarah was a lot of fun to work with and always seemed to have a great attitude about being at work.  Jasmine was always a pleasure to speak to over the phone and in person setting up appointments.  This was the first time I used physical therapy in a long time and I felt the facility was modern and had the equipment needed for me to work on improving my hip.  While there Sarah also gave me some exercises to work on my lower back pain and was always very flexible on appointment times.  In short, my injury got better and I had fun doing it.  This location was also convenient to my house; I would recommend this Benchmark office to anyone needing these services.  Also, to show the dedication Sarah has, she participated in a 10k race as a fund raiser as part of their corporate fundraising process (for American Heart Association if I recall).  I would be remis if I did not mention that Sarah does dry needling, if you don't know what that is be sure to ask her as she is happy to show you!

Friday... the food was terrible, she is diabetic, no choice of food, they could at least coordinate the diet that is needed, at least show her the so called menu n she could point to what she wanted, I doubt it would make a diff, the food was disgusting, carrots were not cooked, the pork squares looked like they came out of a cat's canned dinner.....Sat showed my daughter in pain with no one checking on her, had to wait for the nurse for the med,, daughter's clothing was dirty n stained, proved she was not bathed,, had no water or anything to drink,, the food was pork again, a very small amount, no one bothered to check if daughter could eat any of it,, I believe there's hardly any employee's working over the weekends,, my daughter like most stroke patients have not lost their thinking, it's bad enough what they are going thru, without being treated this way.... this is not good care... intend to report my findings to the state,, by the way my daughter's name is KIM DAVIS just in case u want to improve the care, n I did point out to the nurse about the lack of care n the food,, I will be checking.

Backstory, we have had a pleasant history with ChatterBox and will be going back there after this. So we took our son to the first appointment, they apparently sent us a confirmation which never came.... apparently they had computer issues and their automative service cancelled it. The following week, I got the text and confirmed it. My husbands number is supposed to be first contacted because he is the one who handles appointments. It was luck that I was able to confirm considering where I work has little to no signal. Side note is that I never confirm appointments, I have always been able to show up for ANY type of medical appointment. The following week, (after being told to put my husband's number as primary), they still texted me, which did not come through. So without that confirmation, they cancelled the appointment. My husband showed up with our son, and they had an attitude. Luckily, there was a doctor still there to take him. So again, my husband stresses that he needs to be contacted. Last week, there was NO text sent to either of us, so we assumed there would be no appointment. They then billed us for a missed appointment. ...... So we have to confirm an appointment or get cancelled on, but they don't have to send an actual text. They depend entirely on computer-based communication. My husband went up there,... obviously mad, demanding a refund (stern, not rudely).... the "owner" wasn't there. The receptionist called her, and she copped an attitude immediately and threatened to call the cops. The doctors are great but this business model SUCKS!!!!!!

Now they're saying that insurance was never approved. And they are out of network and we have been charged $1400 and they have reduced us to self pay/private pay. Two of my visits were most problematic. Guard ticked away in a corner on pending something. Second time two elderly mobility challenged people trying to get into car were having a lot of problems.
