Is by far the best company we have worked with. The BCBAs, Social Leaders, program supervisors and therapists are exceptional! They have social groups, which is a plus! They actually follow through with what is being set up, discussed, needs to be done, etc. We feel heard during the parent meetings and valued. The therapists seem well versed and adjust the sessions to the kids needs each day. The BCBA is part of sessions, which we have never seen before unless highly needed or requested. The whole team seems to be educated for the needs of my kids, not a cookie cutter program.

My son has been seeing Cindy for the past three months and his growth in that time has been tremendous. She is thorough, detailed and keeps data on everything to help you see your child's growth and to know when new goals are needed. My favorite part about working with Cindy is how she consults with me as a parent. She helps to teach me the ways to help my son so that I can implement it between sessions. Obviously, if I'm implementing things at home with my son it will stick better than if he only gets it once or twice a week. This is a major difference between her model and some other therapists. I am writing this review with a heavy heart today, as I lost my mother a couple of months ago. I am…read morenot one to blame people for God's will, but I can honestly say that the incompetence of this Clinic (and maybe Dr. Pena) may have contributed heavily to the lack of proper diagnosis and recovery for my mother. I can't help but wonder if my mother would have been met with a different fate, had she been properly diagnosed 5-6 months earlier, or even been properly referred to a specialist. Trust your gut, and make sure you seek out treatment that you deserve. Don't trust this clinic, or the doctors if you know there is something wrong! Here is a very short timeline of what happened to us: November to March 2018 - My mother had multiple visits to clinics regarding her stomach / indigestion issues. The doctors kept treating her for high sugar, high cholesterol, and acid reflex. During this time, I had the hardest time getting a GI doc referral from the clinic. They actually wouldn't even return my calls. It wasn't until I walked into the clinic and told them I wouldn't leave unless we saw the doc, and got a referral. Dr. Pena again, prescribed a whole bunch of drugs and insisted my mothers diet was causing the stomach issues. End of March 2018 - The GI doctor speculated that she had Cancer April 2018 - The doctors confirmed it was Stage 4 Gastric Cancer May 2018 - Our sweet mother passed away (6 weeks after diagnosis) Good luck to everyone else seeking treatment out there! Must say in the beginning it had a little rough moments, but had some really awesome supervisors & management. However, they all quit and moved on to other companies. A lot of the supervisors quit just within the last year. To me that tells me a lot about that company as an employer as well as a provider! And then ultimately leaves them with the bottom of the barrel when it comes to who's left to run things and are in charge now. I had really good relationships with their employees that have since left and some I still communicate with. The ones that are there now are definitely not the same and unfortunately I found them to be very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to my child and myself! They lack morals, too, because they have no problems lying when confronted or questioned. They have a lot of unethical things going on now. Staff members have been extremely unappropriate with my family. The last session in my home I had to ask one of the therapist to leave my home before the end of session because management did something I asked them never to do in home home without getting permission first and the did it anyway. If you can avoid going with this company, I suggest you find somewhere else for services. They did have a few good BTs at one point as well, but I think they are gone as far as I know, or on their way out. It is all $$$ for CARD and they will cover their rear before admitting the truth and it will ultimately effect your child's care!

He pointed me towards a local organization that did adult diagnosis, but he also encouraged me to navigate Kaiser Permanente's process since that was my health insurance provider. I successfully navigated Kaiser's process which is terrible if you're neurodivergent, but ultimately their Psychiatric team diagnosed me with ASD.
