This brewery is pretty well known around Vegas and has some of their beer on tap in the casinos on the Strip which is awesome. My favorite part is that they give you a rubber duck with every beer flight. I am 5 - I was super excited to get two rubbery duckies! The beer was good, no complaints here. They have a selection that is well rounded to suit every type of beer drinker. The food was also good! We got the pretzel nuggets with beer cheese, the Mexican hot dog, and the chicken tikka masala tacos. I enjoyed everything, and it's a great spot to chill and get away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas. For seating, it's mostly high tops and longer tables with benches. The music was good and not overly loud, which I was thankful for. I enjoyed the atmosphere and vibes as this brewery, and if I ever get myself back to Vegas, I'll definitely stop in! read more

One of my favorite breweries--located at the edge of the Arts District, it's a great spot to grab a drink and hang out. They offer a solid selection of beers, especially if you're into IPAs and hazy IPAs. The brewery has a cool backstory--definitely take a moment to read the sign about the name "Able Baker" when you're there. It adds a unique touch to the experience. Visited Able Baker Brewing shortly after arriving in Las Vegas. It was a short Uber ride from the Venetian. The brewery had a huge variety of beer, most of which were brewed in house. They also have a separate spot to get food. The beers I tried were excellent. Etched in the Fields, which is a Hefewizen, was my favorite of the two beers I tried. Coming from LA, I wouldn't call myself a craft brew connoisseur but I do like to indulge in a good cold every once in awhile so while in town we discovered there's an actual "brewery row" in the Arts District that peaked our interest. Our first stop was Able Baker who has a very nice selection of about every variety you can think about. I only tried a few but if up to me I would have sampled a lot more. Absolutely a great brewery with a FANTASTIC selection of a variety of beers. Whatever your taste buds savor, Able Baker Brewing has it. I first tried a flight of "darker and amber beers". They all were excellent. The service was good as for a Sunday afternoon, we were able to walk right up. The bartender was extremely nice and explained the essence of each of the beers I had in my flight. SO, why 4 stars you may ask? The seating. It was pretty crowded but most of the seating is a hard bench. The weird thing was that the table was a bit higher than the seats which made it a bit awkward to drink and eat. BTW, the food was phenomenal. The Arts District Kitchen provided a wide variety and it was VERY GOOD. I really would like to give this brewery a 5 star rating but you gotta be comfortable drinking your beer. Oh yeah, they have plastic ducks to go along with the "Atomic Duck" aspect of the brewery. Second time here over a couple years, this last time being for a stop during my bachelorette party! It was crowded, but the line moved pretty quick and we managed to find a table somehow! I had a tasting flight comprised of IPA's-the Ducks in a Row (#10-Waddle-session IPA, #11-Split Bill-NE IPA, #12-Atomic Duck-American IPA, #15-Hazy Morning Paddler-an Imperial IPA)-all were good, and I can see why Atomic Duck is so well-regarded. The Deepsea Ducktion is a great Imperial with a lot of grapefruit and citrus flavor. In terms of the kitchen/food, the Garbage Nachos were great to share, and the Baja FIsh Tacos were tasty as well. The atmosphere is laid back and perfect for an afternoon of snacking and tasting the good variety of brews they produce here. read more

We loved it here! The atmosphere is fun, laid back and the service was friendly and SUPER quick. They had our flights ready right away and our food came out under 10 minutes. Everything was great! My favorite was the Tropical Pair of Dice. For food, we got the BBQ Pork Bánh Mì and the Vegas-Style Chopped Cheese and split them. Both were delicious. Ordered the Core Four float which had the Atomic Duck, Mango Calutron Girl, Excited State, and Honey Dip. Also later ordered the Guava Ginger A Go-Go. These were all pretty good. The Honey Dip was a little darker in flavor profile compared to the others on the float, the others varied too in ways that were gradually more pleasing but I can't recall which specifically. The Guava Ginger A Go-Go was also a nice ending, with a pleasant sweet guava but freshening ginger taste. There is also a kitchen that operates in here too called Arts District Kitchen that's worth checking out too, possibly ordering your food first as the line builds up fast. It's a great busy place that has nice indoor and outdoor space. read more

I've visited a few times and it's probably my favorite brewery in town for the beer. I like dark stouts, porters, etc... or hard ciders and they have some heavy hitters on the beer front. The only thing I don't love about the place is completely out of their control: it's usually busy. Finding seats can be an issue and the outside patio is small and usually packed. So be prepared to stand or join a family style table. If you are really lucky people are leaving as you arrive. The staff is always good. The food is excellent but you do order it separately. They make it easy to use the same card, you just notify the food staff to use your card behind the bar. Oh, and they will hold onto your card if you open a tap. They have a lot of fun merch to buy too. As much as I don't want you to check it out (more people coming=busier), you really should check it out. read more

Although their nuclear history is a bit off, it has a great and busy ambiance that leaves you feeling like part of the in crowd. The service is mid as our first bartender was a hit busy flirting so we had to get two other rounds and our check from a different bartender. She did check on us after we ordered though. The beers and ciders are very tasty but if you need a pick me up, you can get a 6oz. nitro cold brew for only $3! That's really the best part imo! We were in Vegas for a weekend with friends and decided to take our own brewery tour. I had heard about the "Art District" that had an area known as "Brewery District" from a local, so we made the 10-minute drive off the strip to check it out. We went to three breweries, all within walking distance, and this was my favorite. Able Baker has a great vibe. It has a big open space where you can see the brewery in the back, a full kitchen that offers lots of food, and a nice outside sitting area that offers some protection from the sun. The walls tell the story of the name - spoiler, it's after the atomic bomb testing that took place in the area, and some of the beer names pay homage to the history. The story goes that the only animal to survive was a duck, hence the duck theme. There are over 30 different taps, so you are sure to find something you like. They have a core flight, but you can also create your own. The flights have four beers and are priced based on the beer you select. The prices for the different-sized pours are listed on the menu, so it's easy to tell how much you are spending. I opted for the create-your-own flight because I like hoppy beers. I did include one of the "core four," Atomic Duck IPA, and it was great. The flights come on a wooden board cut out like a duck footprint and include a rubber duck! You never know what rubber duck you are going to get, so it's a fun surprise. Able Baker also has happy hour Monday through Thursday, during which they offer five of their different beers for $5 each. In addition, the kitchen has some bar food on the happy hour menu. We were there on Friday afternoon, so we weren't able to partake in the happy hour prices, but they seemed like a good deal. We ended up getting the guacamole and chips, which were $11, which isn't horrible. I liked the vibe and branding so much that I ended up buying a t-shirt with the Able Baker logo on the front. I was hoping for a patch to add to my jean jacket with beer patches, but they didn't have patches. Maybe next time I go, they will have some! 10/10 would recommend coming to check out Able Baker! read more
