She said sInce theres no paperwork then we'll need to reschedule. At that point I left stating I'd find some other doctor in Corvallis to have an exam with. This is extremely poor practice and they lost a customer who would have purchased "several" pair of glasses from them at this appt, not just one. Also, they need to actually SEND paperwork or let people know it's required so they can pick it up in advance. If you use them be certain you can only be 5 minutes late after rushing over from the other location which is actually called Eyecare Associates. Poor practice!
