When I met him, he was filling in as preacher at a church I attended, and I initially really liked his demeanor. He seemed like such a kind and gentle, caring man. During this time I understood Dr. Opp to be a moral individual across the board, and I was happy to support his business and recommend him to friends. However, through the years something didn't sit right with me. He would speak at times about how he treated his employees.... rather, what was 'expected' of his employees if they were going to have the extreme privilege of working for he, Dr. Opp, and I remember thinking 'there is no way in hell I would ever work for this person!' I had a hard time jiving that feeling with the feeling of respect that I otherwise had for Dr. Opp. It seemed like such a contradiction to the persona he presents; he'd tell of employees that would come to him saying that they felt overworked, needing more frequent breaks or needing time off... his responses were always heartless and cruel, yet he seemed proud of how he treated these people. He is the employer who will fire hard workers if they ask for one day off to visit a dying family member in the hospital.... he did that, for real. He is proud to tell his employees that they cannot take a bathroom break during morning or afternoon shifts, and he is proud to say that if they don't like his policies, they can leave. He overcharges his clients and treats his employees like servants, and he pretends to be 'Christian' all the while. Like so many fake Christians, his true god is money, and that becomes apparent once you cut through this persona he pretends to embody. That's why I feel he is unfortunately the worst kind of person, and why unfortunately, I could never recommend his services again.

I am SUPER nervous and scared of dental work. I let a cavity get really, really bad because I had…read moreso much anxiety about the pain I anticipated having to go through at the dentist's office. I finally put on my big girl pants and decided it was time to take care of my bad tooth. I asked everyone I knew who was the best dentist in town. I called multiple offices to discuss what was going on with my tooth. I ended up booking an appointment with Dr. Rigg. I couldn't be happier with that decision!! He and his staff took such good care of me and made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt in a dentist's chair. They are all so nice! They were 100% open and honest, told me exactly what to expect and talked me through the process during my entire tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous that I would feel the tools digging around in my already so painfully sensitive bad tooth. It went SO much better than I expected it to. I can't express enough how relieved I am that I found a dentist I trust. He was even very kind about the payment process, too. Other dentists I spoke to wanted the service paid for in whole prior to the appointment since I do not have dental insurance. Dr. Rigg allowed me to pay for his service in a couple payments. I appreciated that very much! I will 100% ABSOLUTELY go back to Dr. Rigg if I ever need dental work again.
