Throughout this whole process they never once contacted me after 3 calls to them although they said they would. I had to initiate all the calls for service. Poor workmanship and poor service from this company.

Donna got our insurance company on the phone with us on the line and got approval for OEM windshield. Our new windshield was installed the following Monday. That was extremely quick considering it had to be ordered. The gentleman who did install and calibration was great as well. Took about 1 hr and I waited in their comfortable waiting room and drank coffee. I could not be happier with this company. They installed our shower door about 1 year ago and it was a great experience as well, which was why we called them about our car windshield. I highly recommend this company for all your glass needs. They worked fast and efficiently, were friendly and it showed that they care about attention to detail through their results. We've used Glass Doctor several times, working with Zach in the office to provide estimates and it was so nice to finally meet him when I dropped off a deposit check for this recent need. Anthony and Kaylob came out to measure and assess our needs. Each Glass Doctor representative is professional and knowledgeable. How nice that Trent also went over the warranties related to our products/installation. I had full confidence in each project they've managed and the high quality results speak for themselves. I highly recommend this business! Great value!

They took it in and basically were told it might be the switch. They said they cant test it but thats their best guess. How can you not test it first off? All it takes is a multi meter, a 20 dollar tool at harbor freight. I asked them that and the rude woman at the front as well as the temu technician that they hired said they dont have multi meters or any tool to actually test it. So now were out $600 dollars and nothing has been resolved. Like if you were gonna guess, why did you charge me 50 to "check door" ?? also have the entire reaction recorded in case any higher ups wanna say other wise. Do not let these half baked wanna be techs touch your car....

She immediately took her vehicle to Allstate Glass on Red Tip Rd. This was Friday afternoon when we dropped her car off. Monday, he car was ready. They did not vacuum all the glass out of her car. She had slivers of glass on her driver's seat and larger pieces on the rear passenger seats as well. Very disappointed! Although I can appreciate the fact that Allstate Glass reached out to us after I posted this and offered to have someone come to us and clean the glass out, we had taken care of the situation ourselves immediately. We had a towel in the car that we put on the driver's seat and immediately drove to a car wash to vacuum the glass. She had a vet appointment for her dog that afternoon that she didn't want to be late to so we cleaned out the glass before going home to pick up the dog. They probably did clean the driver's seat, but there were still slivers of glass on and in between the leather seams. They completely overlooked the back area, both on the floor and seats, which had a fair amount of larger pieces of glass on them.

I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly, but this experience was beyond unacceptable…read more I brought my dog in for a routine grooming and ended up having to take him to the vet afterward due to how he was handled. They chopped off his tail! He came back visibly stressed and in worse condition than when I dropped him off, which is the exact opposite of what you expect when trusting someone with your pet. What made matters even worse was the behavior of the staff. During the visit, one employee acted completely unprofessionally toward my wife, making inappropriate comments and attempting to flirt with her. There was also an incident that we found extremely disturbing and inappropriate involving penis exposure that should never happen in a business setting. Sexual advances toward my dog are unacceptable. That alone raised serious concerns about judgment and professionalism. Between the condition my dog was left in, the unexpected vet bill, and the unacceptable behavior we witnessed, this was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. I strongly urge others to be cautious and do their research before bringing their pets here. I would not trust this business with my dog again. Also their glass sucks.
