To save time, I called in an order before I left for a funeral wreath listed at $150 on their website. When I arrived at the funeral home, what I discovered looked something like something that had been recycled from the weekend before. Several flowers that had apparently fallen off, and were indiscriminately placed back on. I'm not talking about two or three, there were dozens of flowers that were just lying on their sides on top of other flowers. I spent 15 minutes sticking as many back in as I could, the picture is from after that effort, and I still missed some. When I returned home, I discovered they actually charged me $200 for this disaster, I reached out via email. The response I got back was "once it has been delivered it is out of our control as to what happens to it", with no explanation of why I was charged $50 more. They actually blamed the funeral home. I have some experience with funeral wreaths, having the unfortunate honor of purchasing more than a dozen in the last few year's (this was my first for Aberdeen), so I know that flowers don't fall off like that unless you do a poor job putting them in, or you skimp on the number of flowers so they don't have enough volume to hold them in. I was born in Aberdeen, and I remember the people being proud of the work they do and the products they make, so I was surprised to learn that today's Aberdeen doesn't give a crap anymore.

I received photos of each arrangement from the family of both of the deceased. I am always a little weary when ordering flowers from out of state suppliers because you can never be sure of what you get. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with both arrangements!!! I ordered the second arrangement 3-1/2 hours before the start of the wake and Boston Fern delivered them before the start of the wake. The individual(s) at the Boston Fern that took my phone orders were very congenial and accommodating! Thank you to everyone at the Boston Fern for your wonderful service at this sad time.

I am so embarrassed. Why would they even think a refund would make this right? Just say the arrangement is out of stock instead of setting your business and your customers up for such a bad situation. Also, was the delivery person color blind? Did they not see all the other arrangements said it's a boy and blue colored balloons. If they knew it was a mistake, why did they even drop it off? Im so embarrassed. I don't know how to make it right with my son and daughter-in-law. If anyone reading this can help me get out the hole this company has buried me in, please reach out to me.
